THE SPACE: Las Cañas 20 is a luxurious 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, single-level villa, which makes it very convenient for multi-generational families of all ages. Step into the villa and find yourself in the beautiful entrance hall that connects the entire house. The grand living room has high, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and a beautiful chandelier, double sofa sitting area, custom built-in furniture and TV. Open the big sliding windows, which give you direct access to the outdoor pool area. The villa has a great outdoor, covered living- and dining area with a bar (beverages are not included), TV, games, and a unique Japanese teppanyaki (hibachi) grill (food is not included). This is a great “entertainment zone” where you can have so much fun spending the best time together with your family & friends. The formal indoor dining room is an elegant space with a unique chandelier and a spectacular dining table that seats 12 people comfortably on plush dining chairs.
