Nestled in Maalaea, this lovely condo for $239 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Condo B4 is a beautifully renovated 2B/2Ba unit with the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens and furniture, all with your comfort & enjoyment in mind. Beach towels & beach chairs provided for your use. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child. B4 is perfect for a ROMANTIC getaway for two couples, or if you want to include the kids or more friends, pull out the sofa sleeper to accommodate up to two additional guests. The downstairs living area has a convenient full bath for the occupants of the main-level bedroom. The calm, serene BEDROOMS boast high-end comfortable mattresses & bedding for a dreamy night's sleep. SMART TVs are in each sleeping areas as well as the livingroom for streaming your favorite shows. High-end, whisper quiet 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep you cool/comfortable throughout whether relaxing or sleeping. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer opening windows & the slider door to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings & evenings. The DINING ROOM seats 4 comfortably, & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring all Maui has to offer! Our fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to feel right at home, including spices & oils. Bring your favorite coffee with you to make your morning joe in the drip coffeemaker. For your convenience we'll provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, new sponge and a roll of paper towels. Each BATHROOM has been remodeled with convenient walk-in showers. Both have a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper and two bars of soap, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your favorite products & essentials from home. KEYLESS ENTRY means no registration desk, keys, or key cards! Prior to your arrival we'll provide you with a door code, giving you access any time after the 3:00 pm check in time. Perfect for those with late flights! For your convenience we have a coin-op LAUNDROMAT located on each floor. You’ll find bookshelves loaded with easy beach reads & the upstairs room has some family games for your enjoyment. Rolls of quarters are sold in the office 7 days from 9 am – 3 pm. We suggest bringing laundry pods & dryer sheets from home so you don't have to purchase more than you need. FREE WIFI: excellent high speed wifi throughout the property, not just your condo. Use the same password as you enter each area. We love starting the day with a cup of coffee (provided by 6:30 am daily) on the patio while watching the SUNRISE. Our unique location allows for both rejuvenating sunrises and magnificent sunsets - how cool is that?! Our patio is popular in the evenings for congregating after an amazing Maui day. Prepare delicious dinners on its two gas BBQs. Watch the spectacular SUNSETS from here - the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean ensures they'll be truly breathtaking. There were six of us who stayed at this condo and we were very pleased with our stay here. The condo is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were so close to the beach and the patio area was so very nice to spend the mornings and evenings viewing the beach. The beds are comfy and was just enough room for all of us. The only complaint we have is the upstairs loft would have been better if there was a solid wall instead of open. Sound traveled up and down and sometimes it was hard to hear the TV downstairs when the TV upstairs was on. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. We recommend it!

This is the best location for direct beach access. The rental is right on the beach and the pool looks over the beach. The host was very friendly. The property is bigger than the pictures. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The only issue we had was we received a complaint about the kids running around too early in the morning which is very noisy for the condo below us. We tried very hard to keep the noise down, but with the time change the kids are up so early that maybe not the best condo to stay in with small children if they are early risers.

Kihei Sands is just like I remembered it from as far back as my first stay in 1978. While the property has withstood the tests of time, it has always been well updated, clean and neat, very well managed and a super friendly place with a spectacular view. It is very central on the island of Maui just far enough tawau from the airport and a great base for all of the day trips on Maui. We were there Aug 8th when Lahaina burned and there were many other fires nearby. Our hearts go out to the people of Maui! But, you should know that Kihei Sands was not affected directly and continues operations during recovery. I would go back anytime! There is so much of Maui that was not affected. Maui depends on tourism. Support Kihei Sands by keeping your booking or making one. You won’t be disappointed.

This place was a little gem. We had never travelled to Maui before and we were very happy with the location of the unit! It was a little further outside of the main Kihei area which was nice because it was quieter. We did drive into Kihei every day which was a super quick 10 minute drive. Because the complex was so small it was super easy to walk a few steps to the pool, beach and patio area. The unit was small, but perfect for what we needed. The beds were very comfy (minus the pull out sofa bed - which was to be expected, but worked fine for one child). The kitchen was stocked very well with almost everything we needed. Having a casserole dish would have been handy, but we made do without. There was no parking pass in the unit, however the front desk at the complex provided one for us the day after we checked in. Sugar beach was very nice... smaller waves for boogie boarding, but the kids really enjoyed it regardless. The complex has a handful of boogie boards for use as well as sand toys for the kids as well. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit - we used those daily. Overall this was an incredible vacation and we were very happy with this rental. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay at Kihei Sands. Location was perfect. Nice and quiet complex steps from the beach. Our unit had beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler. Kitchen was very well stocked. We originally had booked for 6 adults, but one couple backed out. It would have been pretty tight with 6, but was perfect for 4. Complex is very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was well-maintained and clean. Air conditioning worked perfect. Sugar beach was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed the beach gear and towels. Lounging area by the ocean is great. Parking spots are very tight and hard to find especially if you are driving a larger vehicle like we were. The care package we received when we arrived was so nice. We would definitely stay again. The property is nice. We have a family of 5, and while it sleeps 6, it’s most comfortable with 4 or less. The property location is nice, but the condo doesn’t have a lot of beach real estate. Limited number of umbrellas, tables, and beach side relaxation space. We felt like we were competing with other families for a dinner table, bbq, or umbrella. This is not a criticism of this specific rental, but a recognition of the limitations of the property.

This is the third time we have stayed at Kihei Sands. We love the location and convenience to the beach. We like to eat most of our meals in and the kitchen had what we needed. We also made use of the beach chairs provided.

This condo rental was great and I'd stay here again. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed (and more) for our short 2-night stay. It's a short walk to the pool area and the beach, and is within walking distance to a small plaza with an ABC store, farmers market, bakery, and shave ice. We didn't have any issues with the neighbors and although the parking lot is small, the Uber/taxi drivers we used managed just fine.

This was our second time staying in the identical unit. However the unit changed owners. The condition wasn’t the same. It was worn down and cleaning was not thorough. Even the kitchen supplies has been pared down from before. The biggest problem was something biting me in the bed. In the end I had to sleep on the couch.

We enjoyed our time in Kihei! It is definitely more of a local vibe and less touristy which we love. Only down side is you can't really walk to much, you need to rely on a car and seeking out restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There is an ABC store which is walkable so that was a plus. It was a great place to just lay low. We enjoyed just sitting at the common table/chairs with other people and chatting while watching the sunset and having a glass of wine.

Photos did not match the place. It’s a glorified Motel. First thing first the moment you arrive the parking is so tight. Second you carry your full suitcases up on 15 steps if you are placed on upper level, there is no elevator. It’s a rectangular building two floors. The shortest side opens into a tiny beach access. So keep low expectations. Thirdly the rooms have musty smell and mold like. There is no Laundry in the units. It’s a pain to find coins and detergent. Toilet supplies won’t last if it’s a few days long trip. We did not enjoy the property neither beach access.

It was great and easy access from the airport. Great being just steps from the water and beach. It was quiet, relaxing and a great place to crash at night. Great location to Safeway, Wal-Mart, Costco Lahaina as well as the Luau we went to in Kihei at the Wailea Beach resort at the Marriott Hotel. Definitely Recommend this Unit and property. We're coming Back!!

Staying in this condo in Kihei was a great springboard for our Maui adventures! We wanted to get to the various parts of the island easily but also have laidback mornings and evenings on the beach and that’s exactly what we got. Being oceanfront, having three beds (the pullout couch worked for a child) and a basic kitchen in our place was a great fit for our family. The beach was beautiful and the water was calm and warm, perfect for the kids and paddleboarding for the adults. ABC, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice were just a four-five minute walk away on the beach. We hope to return here again!
