Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this attractive condo for $395 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE GULF FROM THE 18TH FLOOR in the MOST HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER TOWER #3! There are no other towers or rooftops... Just miles & miles of the Gulf of Mexico as far as your eyes can see. This SKYHOME proudly boasts coastal chic furniture & King Size MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES in both bedrooms... ELITE STATUS... You will not be disappointed in this pristine unit!!! PLEASE READ OUR REVIEWS!!! ABOUT OUR SPECIFIC SKY HOME IN TOWER 3… Our beautifully decorated 1,333 sq. ft. 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath sky home is located on the 18th floor of Tower 3 with the most stunning gulf views – miles of Emerald Coast as far as your eyes can see. Tower 3 is also the closest tower to the beach! A short walk gets you access to the beautiful white sand and pristine waters of Pensacola Beach. Tower 3 is adjacent to the Rubio tennis courts, and a 2-3 minute walk to the Lifestyle center. The only thing you will see looking out the 40 feet of floor to ceiling windows and and our expansive deck is the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Island. Several miles of spectacular breathtaking views of sugar-white sand beaches and seashore! Each of the five towers in the Portofino Resort offer their own large pool and hot tub, along with umbrella tables, chairs, and loungers for sunbathing. Our Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with everything a chef may need to cook for an entire family including a waffle iron, blender, regular coffee pot, and even a Keurig – just bring your favorite K-Cups for the week. The dining table seats 6 with 3 additional bar stools. The Living Room has amazing views from every angle, plenty of comfortable seating for 6, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a 55” flat screen TV with BluRay DVD player. There is a powder bath in the open common area & FREE WIFI. We have DVD's, magazines, puzzles, cards, and games available in the sideboard. The 40' PRIVATE BALCONY has a panoramic view allowing for both the Gulf of Mexico as well as Santa Rosa Sound. We have patio furniture to comfortably relax while watching the spectacular sunrise or enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the waves roll in… There is also an electric grill. Both the master and guest bedroom have king size beds with memory foam mattresses and 500 count Egyptian cotton sheets, ensuring that you will sleep soundly. Both bedrooms have direct view of the gulf from your bed and a private entrance to the balcony. Each have black-out drapes and are equipped with a flat screen TV and BluRay DVD. The master bath has a double vanity with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Both bathrooms are provided with thick cotton towels. Additionally, there is a full size washer & dryer for your use. We provide you with 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, a small cooler with wheels, and an umbrella. The Resort does offer a beach chair service of approx $40 per day if you so desire, but we have included these personal items for your convenience and savings. We also offer a covered parking space in the garage – very nice to have in the heat of summer! ABOUT PORTOFINO ISLAND RESORT… Paradise found... Portofino Island Resort is world renowned, Italian Mediterranean design and is located on Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast ~ Home to the World's Whitest Beaches. This gated resort sits on 28 acres of pristine, nature-preserved land bordering both the Gulf of Mexico and the tranquil waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. Enjoy direct access to several miles of federally protected and un-matched sugar white sand beaches, complete with the emerald green and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Indulge yourself at the 40,000 sq. ft. Lifestyle Center and European Spa, featuring customized body treatments, facials, full body massages, pedicures, available poolside or in your own resort residence. We spent Thanksgiving week here. The views from the balcony, the king sized beds, and amenities were outstanding. Thank you again for putting up a Christmas tree! The food @ Grand Marlin and Peg Leg Pete’s was fantastic! Appreciated the welcome book with loads of suggestions.

As soon as you open the door you will be amazed at the wonderful view that you will enjoy! The pictures match everything that was offered. The resort itself was very clean, everyone was friendly and helpful with questions. Zelda a worker at the resort gave us a tour of all things offered. I think we just lucked out with that. We have nothing but positive feedback for this listing.

This condo and resort were awesome! We brought our toddler and in-laws to enjoy Pensacola. We were not disappointed! The condo is beautiful and well-kept. The attention to detail in cleaning and stocking shows how the hosts go above and beyond! The view from the balcony (and bedrooms!) can’t be beat. The resort beaches are soft, white sand and the water is beautiful (and was still warm in October!). The area is really nice with a lot to do both on and off the resort. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

We loved the Portofino property. The condo itself was even better than in the pictures. The view from Tower 3 Unit 1809 was magnificent. You could see both the bay and the ocean from the balcony. The property itself had everything you need. You really never even had to leave if you didn't want to. We definitely will be back!

We brought our daughter and friend to the beach for her final Senior Spring Break. The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing! The resort was clean and the amenities were easy to access. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach which is a very quick walk from the condo. Our communication with the owner was excellent and easy. Overall, we couldn't have found a better place to spend a few days relaxing at the beach.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our honeymoon! From the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted with a breathtaking view of the ocean, and each bedroom had massive windows facing the ocean as well. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. There was a binder with things to do and places to eat on the island that we really appreciated. Angela also made sure to check in with us on our arrival and departure, and was willing to answer any questions we had while we were there. The resort is fantastic with different pools and hot tubs to enjoy, great restaurants, and a short walk across the street to the beach. We had an amazing time and hope to return sometime in the future!

We have stayed at Portofino's tower III several times before, but a first in this unit (a note on tower three, the pool is outside the gate and especially on weekends has many young adults, park on the road, and act as if they are guests and tailgate real guests into the pool area. We had over 20 such gate hoppers in our stay, just call security to do a quick check of all the people in the pool, no need to call anyone out if you suspect something is amiss and the pool is getting over run).
The comfortable two kings beds, gorgeous views with decent balcony furniture, the quality beach set, and convenient parking were worth the extra cost of renting through VRBO vs Premier Vacations, though Premier properties get extra discounts that make it about even. A note: the slip covers for the balcony furniture could stand to be replaced soon). Still worth it to bring additional sunshades/sunNinjas or beach toys if you want more than a basic umbrella and chairs.
We love Portofino for the resort feel and family friendly atmosphere. Many of the adventure activities are at your own risk, without age restrictions, which is nice for young families like ours, and the onsite spas and restaurants are all very good even if somewhat expensive. The only drawback for us is the lack of affordable or convenient flight options to get here.

Such a beautiful view and the condo was very clean and nice decor. The only downside is your away from restaurants and so we spent a good amount ubering to dinner and shopping. Overall good though! The beach being so close made up for that. PS. The drinks are so expensive like $20 a piece at the pool. So plan on having drinks elsewhere. Great communication with the owner and she checked in to make sure we checked in and out ok, which was very nice!

This property on is resort that is a hidden gem to Pensacola. I have vacationed here a few times and stayed away from here thinking the location was too far from everything. However, it was just down the road and the trolley picks up right outside your complex. The unit was clean and owner was great with communication. Then view off the balcony was beautiful! One of the best features was main pool. The poolside service was such a nice option and the food was really good! We would definitely return to this unit!

Amazing Vacation
The condo was very clean. Having chairs and an umbrella already there (provided by the host) was amazing. The view from the balcony was to die for!!! Perfect for a family of 4 (we didn’t use the sofa bed but there was room for a couple more to stay). The resort was amazing - everything you need at your fingertips. Definitely want to go back!
