Situated in Marco Island, this lovely condo for $266 per night is a great option for your next break. The only thing that compares with the view of the ocean is swimming in it. This 1,100 square foot, 9th floor beachfront condo sleeps six comfortably, with one king bed, one queen, one twin and two bathrooms. See the photo of the tables and chairs on the balcony? That’s where you’ll sit with your morning coffee, looking out at a coastline of silken white sand and turquoise ocean. You’ll walk along that sand picking up colorful shells while the kids go skimboarding on the shore. See the photo where the water is a lighter shade of blue? That’s where you’ll go snorkeling alongside sea life. In the next photo, you can see lagoons surrounded by mangroves. You’ll spot Tarpon rolling in the water and osprey flying overhead as you walk along the strip of warm sand that takes you to Sand Dollar Island. See how the sky is such a bright blue? Our family had a lovely stay at south seas building 3, unit 905. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was plenty of beach gear. Our overall feedback is simply that the unit’s furniture, electronics (TVs) beach equipment needs some updating. The furniture has some scratches, wobbly lamps, outdated decor, and the beach/unit chairs are showing their age. The TVs in the unit are quite old and could use some more current technology options. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside with the TV but when we hoped to catch a movie on Netflix or have other options after a long day at the beach, the outdated technology limited that. Otherwise it truly is a lovely location, the pickleball courts are fantastic and the pool is clean and warm. It’s a short walk to many local restaurants and truly is a wonderful stay.

This was our 4th stay on Marco Island and by far the best vacation. The rental agency was so responsive to any questions or issues. Yes, there will always be some minor thing that needs to be addressed. The rental agency went above and beyond their services. The condo has everything you need and was in good shape. The only recommendation that i can offer is that the cleaning staff should consider using environmentally cleaning products that dont have any fragrance. If we go back to Marco Island it will be booked through this rental agency. Thanks again for making sure we had an enjoyable vacation.

Check in was easy and the condo was clean with nice view of beach. All the beach supplies we needed were included. The condo needs some updating of furniture and decor. We had to go buy our own TP What is supplied was awful.
Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful along with the beach where we found lots of shells, sand dollars and wildlife. Took a shelling tour to Kice Island found almost of shells there too

Fantastic Vacation
We loved this property!! It was exactly as represented in the online overview. Great view, clean, enough space for a family and all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. Any issues we had were more of the overall property (pool closure) and not for this rental. We would go back in a minute!!

Wonderful Stay at South Seas
We had a fabulous time in our Marco Island South Seas condo. The condo had everything we needed. The location is great because you are on the beach with excellent views of the gulf. Our condo was very well equipped, with all the amenities. You are very close to great restaurants and shopping. We took a boat ride to see dolphins that was very fun. We will be back!

The unit, and everything provided, was wonderful. Nice surprise to see a cot!
My only suggestion is to have a laminated sheet stating basic information about unit, Especially where to find beach supplies. Maybe a pair of binoculars.

What a well kept and appointed beach condo. Kitchen was spotless with every utensil and cooking appliances you would need. Beds were very comfortable. We love South Seas property. Perfect for mature couple. We have stayed in this unit twice before and booked our 3rd trip already. The view of the beach is outstanding, the pool is clean, the entire property is meticulously manicured and cared for. The unit has all the amenities you will need. We even received a "Welcome" bag from "The Nelsons" (owners) which was a real nice touch. We like to chill out when in Marco,and go in off season. This is the place to chill. There are great restaurants close by. Morning coffee on balcony listening to the waves hit the beach is awesome. Beach is clean and quiet, great shell hunting. Pool is clean and beautiful. Great charter fishing spot for backcounty or offshore. We love Marco Island's laid back vibe. This is our happy place.

We loved this condo and would stay at these towers again. My only huge complaint was the dresser in the second bedroom was not stable. It was missing many knobs and very top heavy. My 4 year old opened a drawer and the entire thing fell on top of her. Thankfully, We were right there and able to help her. I hope they remedy that and anchor the dresser to the wall. I found the high risers under the beds to be annoying for my kids to get in the beds too. Beyond that, location was great. The beach is about half a mile walk but you can tell it’s not that close from the pictures.
We lost power during our visit due to very strong tropical storms and the building had it restored in a 4-5 hours.
The room had everything you need and all the beach accessories in the closets next to the elevators. The manager was helpful and explained how to get in with the keys to those. The beach wagon was amazing! Laundry is on each level so you can easily wash towels and clothing if needed. The entrance to this room is on the back side of the building which was a little confusing when checking in at 9pm. The drop box key pickup was easy but at a separate location from the actual condo. The property charges $50 to park a car in the facility.
The pool was nice and clean. The woman at the pool was very strict and loved telling you the rules and saying “it’s not a big deal!!” When not a single person made it a big deal. The other pool monitors (no lifeguards) were nice. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Great island, almost Paradise!
First day, there are sets of keys. It takes a day or two to figure out how to get in and out of all the facilities, the pool, the beach. The beach is actually locked. If you take a walk on the beach, you cannot get back to the road or anywhere else other than exactly how you went on to the beach. So if you walk 2 miles, and get tired. You have to walk 2 miles back on the same beach to go out the door that you entered. We tried to exit through the public beach and we were told that we would be reported to the police. There are signs everywhere. Do not smoke. Do not Vape. If you do not wear a mask we will fine you $50. Which after doing some research is completely illegal because the governor removed that restriction. The pool is wonderful. Too bad You cannot make any noise. You have to sit like children in a classroom. There’s no lifeguard, however there is a person there waiting to tell you you’re breaking the rules for laughing too loud. You cannot play music. I witnessed firsthand the guard telling the person to turn off their cell phone music because it was too loud. How far does cell phone speaker reach? 6 feet maybe, absolutely ridiculous. I Took pictures of signs that said no trespassing, members only. Can’t park here, must park there. Just in this tower complex I have over 50 pictures of different signs. I was walking through the parking garage on Cinco de Mayo, and an elderly woman screamed at me that I had to wear my mask. That’s great the parking garage is outside. The rules clearly state that masks must be worn inside not outside, so I questioned one of the cleaners and they said no, the rules for inside only. The residents here are simply out of control. Two days of the week were spent listening to the concrete saw by the pool. It was so loud that we couldn’t even talk. The next two days was consumed with lawnmowers weedwhacker‘s and air blowers. On day seven which was Friday, at 6 PM the person above me was drilling holes in the floor and using a hammer to install something. This is 6 o’clock at night on Friday night. Absolutely ridiculous. My review is simply this Marco Island is a beautiful place. You can find a much better choice than this condo. The residents in this condo view you as trespassers not guests. I’m a 54-year-old male, with a 50-year-old wife. So anybody doesn’t make an assumption that I’m some young person, we are not party animals, or noisy.

Our stay at condo #905 in tower 3 was awesome! The unit was clean and spacious for our family of 6. The condo had a great assortment of dishes and pots and pans for cooking and baking. Although there was an element out in the oven that prevented proper heating. Beds were comfortable. They even had an extra cot in closet. Lots of towels and extra bedding and pillows were available. The storage unit had abundance of beach items. Chairs, umbrellas, carts, beach toys and coolers. We would definitely stay again in this condo! Pool was warm and beach was excellent!

Nice place for adults, so-so for young kids
Very nice condo. Spacious and clean. It's clear that the owners make every effort to create a great stay. It's well equipped and comfortable.
For those with younger kids, it may not be a great fit. The walk to the beach is quite long (about 10-15 minutes). The pool is mostly a 'no fun zone'. They have strict rules: no jumping in, no balls, no music, no food, etc. They enforce it strictly. My kids complained about staying at the pool too long because it was 'boring'. The check-in process is a bit tedious (check in at 2 different places) and there are multiple keys to deal with (not a huge deal, but just beware).
Overall, we had a very nice vacation and appreciate the owners' condo. Just wish we would have read up on the pool rules before we booked.

When we arrived to check into the room the cleaning crew was still there. Finally, were able to get into the room and relax around 4pm. We left for the evening and when we returned there was a large black garbage bag in the entrance that had been dropped off by the cleaning crew, it was all the towels! Disappointed that I had to take care of that chore on vacation! Furnace filter was filthy!! Bathtub was dirty. Did not provide any extras (dish soap, garbage bags, etc) Property was nice,but too far of a walk to the beach. TOO MANY KEYS!!! Every entrance on the property required a key to enter. Rented bikes and had to use a key to exit the property!!! Security needs to be updated!

We had such a restful experience at this condo on Marco Island. It's obvious that the owners truly care for the property, and aren't just interested in renting it out for some easy cash. The kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable, and access to all the beach supplies made ALL the difference. If you decide to book here, my advice is to download the property management app and read all the instructions and tips ahead of time to save your self some time and confusion upon arrival.
