About this house rental
Situated in Philadelphia, this charming house for $496 per night is a great option for your next trip. This house is a large, spacious gem with plenty of room for everyone. The house has 4 levels with plenty of sleeping and social space for large families, group of friends or co-workers. There are four separate sleeping areas so people can have their privacy while enjoying a large main floor for social space. One of the best parts of the house are the two large outdoor spaces. The backyard is a great place for morning coffee and grilling. The rooftop deck is HUGE with an amazing view of the growing Philadelphia skyline. When you open the key less entry door you will be amazed by the open floor plan. The living area has both a sofa and love seat for you to relax and enjoy the 55" 4K UHD TV and streaming devices. There is a nice seating area which the table can accommodate 8 adults. The state of the art kitchen has all of your cooking essentials. The outdoor patio features a table with 8 chairs for your and your guests to sit outside and enjoy a nice meal. From the open area kitchen area there will be a staircase downstairs where you will find 2 Queen beds, full bathroom and a 32" HD TV with Chromecast devices. There is a bar area with a sink and wine fridge. As you move your way through the upstairs this is where you will find the remaining bedrooms. On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a TV with Chromecast devices. This floor also has a full bathroom with tub/shower. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The master suite is located on the 3rd floor. The bedroom has a pillow top king bed, seating area with a city skyline view and TV with Chromecast devices. There is also an additional full sized bed. The master bathroom has a double sinks, a soaking tub and stand up shower. Last but not least is your pathway to the roof top deck. Here you will be able to sit and enjoy the city view. There is comfortable outdoor seating for 8 and don't worry as there is a fridge and sink located on this level. All guests regardless of age count towards the number of guests. Total number of guests in the house may not exceed the number of guests indicated at booking. No parties are permitted in the house. This includes bachelor and bachelorette parties. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is not a party house. External Security cameras monitor and record the entrances of the house. Smoking is not permitted on the premise. A Nest Doorbell monitors the front door and is activated by motion recording video and audio.

Decided to rent property for the weekend to see Luke Combs Concert. Property was tastefully laid out/decorated inside. Roof top views of the city sold me on this one. Def a million dollar view for sure! Would recommend to a friend.

We drove in and found parking right in front of house which was wonderful. We used the bus which picked us up and dropped us off conveniently on the block where the home is located. We are from a rural area and do not live in the city, but we never felt unsafe, taken advantage of, or put out by any of the locals.... quite the contrary, everyone was always kind, courteous, and helpful... kudos to the locals! This didnt stop short of the homeowners either. I called ahead and they gave me helpful information which was so helpful in navigating the area. The check in was easy and the accommodations were wonderful. We had 2 adults and 5 kids (ranging from 17-18 years of age). Everyone had tons of room to spread out and have privacy and yet room to gather back together comfortably in the living room and dining room for meals and socializing. And that rooftop deck!!! That was icing on the cake. We loved going up and seeing the neighborhood from a birdseye view as well as the sweeping skyline of downtown Philly... marvelous! It is without pause, that we give this location a 5 star rating and would recommend it for future travelers! Much thanks to the homeowners for trusting us with your beautiful property!

The property was clean, was as pictured, and was well stocked (really well stocked). We had one initial issue that was quickly fixed.
Due to travel schedules, we had a luggage storage problem the day of check out and the owner could not have been nicer about it.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

There was a mixup with the cleaning crew at check-in but the owners were very responsive and addressed the issue right away.

This home was clean and had excellent amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and linens, beds, bathrooms, were wonderful. The rooftop deck was amazing, even though we had chilly weather! Parking is to be considered. You need to be prepared for many steps but it is worth it!!!

Check in was easy. Owners were very responsive and the house was great. The view from the rooftop was awesome. 5 stars. Only down side is parking. Streets and pretty tight and parking is hard to come by. But once we found one, we just stayed there. I’ll definitely be booking this one again.

It was a nice place to stay in a busy city. Rooftop deck was a great place to enjoy a 360 degree view of fireworks. The little extras were a pleasant surprise. Its nice when you don’t have to worry about the little things like spices as they are well stocked.

We stayed here to go to sesame place. It was easy to get to and easy to find. I will say getting down the street was a little challenging as cars were parked on both sides and often blocking traffic. The roof top area was great for once the toddlers had went to bed. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement with no door that I must’ve missed in the description. They had a fully stocked kitchen which was great!! Directions for the tv would’ve been nice for us that don’t have the xfinity service. We were able to connect with the host and she got back to us immediately. All and all would recommend and stay again.

Right off the bat we noticed the kitchen counter tops had crumbs and glass rings. The dinner plates were dirty. Floors were really creaky it was hard to be quiet when kids were napping. Neighbors behind property were loud the last night we were there apparently there was a party that went on until 6am, no one got much sleep.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was a bit out from the sites, and parking difficult. We parked our car the first day and did Uber the entire time (pickups were very fast, even for the XL size!). Main floor was kitchen and living room, but no bathroom (FYI). Downstairs our teens enjoyed their own “suite” to themselves. Next floor up our 2 moms enjoyed their 2 rooms and shared bath. Then we parents enjoyed our 3rd floor master suite. Everything was comfortable, but things we didn’t like were the toilet paper was crazy thin and our master shower faucet was not attached well and not good water pressure (falling off & would not stay upright). Overall, though, it was a nice place. Chick’s is about the only restaurant to walk to easily, and it was just ok. Note that all the homes here are row houses, so you will hear the neighbors occasionally (though it was not horrible during our stay). Rooftop deck was nice, but it was either raining or very windy during our stay so we didn’t use much.

we booked this property because of the location to central Philadelphia and the roof deck looking at the skyline. The roof deck floor and seating is stained. Needs to be cleaned!Master bath room shower leaks and the floor drain has a matt covering a sunken area. Jacuzzi tub had parts that look like it was being repaired sitting on the tub. sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The chair in the master bedroom was falling apart if you sat on it it would have broken.Neighbors out back partied from 2:00am-10:00 Saturday and Sunday. Rear bedroom has mold growing in the closet and the air conditioning is very weak.It appears that this property needs to have better attention by the owner.
