Home needs maintenance. It is getting run down. Both sinks in Kitchen had leaks that ran out on floor. We cut water jugs to catch drips on one sink and quit using the other. Master shower was huge with 8 shower heads but only one worked. All the rest were clogged up with lime deposits. All bathrooms had this issue. Guest house shower was down to a trickle. Dining chairs had holes in seats…house needs maintenance badly. Sad to see it just let go.

John the owner met me at arrival. He has everything setup to easily control hot tub, stereo, tv, etc. very professional setuwep and he was very nice and easy to work with. Quick responses and great communication! The house itself is an entertainers dream

The property and the features are done very well. However, the property is old and very rundown and is not well kept. It was very dirty furniture and amenities are broken and unusable. The house is infested with bugs and we believe there is a serious mold problem in this home, I had to leave a day early due to severe asthma attack after only spending 30 minutes in the game room

My family members really enjoyed the pool and the miniature golf course. In fact, most of our time was spent in the pool.
Every morning some of us would play a round of miniature golf which was loads of fun.
We could never get one of the TVs to work but the ones that were the most important worked great.
The kids enjoyed watching the kid movies in the theater in the evening.
Overall, we really enjoyed this home.
The owner was very quick at responding to all our questions.

Very unique property and great for a large family.
The back yard is great and has something for all ages.
It was a lot of fun.
Everything worked except the large oven which was a problem with a large Christmas dinner. We had to go buy a smoker to get the job done. I would ask about this before I booked a large party in the future.
Overall, everyone had fun and the property is in pretty good shape but could use a little TLC.

Overall the amenities were what was advertised. However, for a rental property in the off-season at almost two thousand dollars a night a lot of work needs to be done on the property. Various doorknobs, towel racks etc were not working or would come off. One of the ovens did not work properly. Multiple rooms in the home and the entire guest house did not have working air conditioning and in 100 degree heat it was a safety concern and a habitability issue. We contacted the owner two hours into our stay stating the air conditioning was not working. We were told he’d get someone to look at it the next day and that it was working properly when we arrived (This wasn’t true because the thermostat read 87 degrees). No one came to look at it during our entire 4 day stay. A lot of activities to do on site, but there are much nicer rentals for cheaper in the area.

We had 19 for a family reunion with young children. We spent most of the time outside between the pool, the hot tub, water slide and mini-golf. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. We even saw the full moon rising just over Black Mountain last night sitting in the hot tub. Great spot and voted by our group as one of the best places we have rented for our reunions.

We had 19 for a family reunion with young children. We spent most of the time outside between the pool, the hot tub, water slide and mini-golf. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. We even saw the full moon rising just over Black Mountain last night sitting in the hot tub. Great spot and voted by our group as one of the best places we have rented for our reunions.

We went on a 2 day Company retreat and we really enjoyed it.
we played basket ball and volley ball for hours, we didn't need to leave the property.
