About this house rental
Located in Swannanoa, this charming house for $134 per night is a great option for your next break. Please THOROUGHLY read all of the property description to ensure this property will meet your needs BEFORE booking. This property has an amazing Mountain view. Rental is in a quiet neighborhood. Few houses are around the rental. This is a DUPLEX. You have the right side of the duplex. You have your own deck and entrance into your rental. During the late spring to early fall the deck is surrounded by trees giving you lots of privacy on the deck. In Winter when leaves are not there you will see a few houses. However, they are very quiet neighbors, and you will hardly see them. Parking spaces, entrances, decks, and rental are all separate. The only thing shared is the yard, and laundry room. The 1st floor has a full working kitchen and a table for four. Kitchen includes, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Sink, toaster, hot shot (to heat water quick for tea, 12 cup Coffee pot and kcup. We also provide Dish soap, dishwashing pods, Hand soap, Kitchen towels, Paper Towels, Coffee Filters, and napkins. The living room is right off kitchen with a half bath. The mountain views from the living room is breathtaking. Living room has a couch, a recliner, and a chair. There is a Smart Tv set up in the living room with Hulu live (to watch live tv), Netflix, and Disney+ and Internet. The Half Bath is next to the living room. We provide enough Toilet paper for a few nights and Hand soap. The 2nd floor: When you come up from the stairs, there is a sitting area with great views of the mountains. this sitting area can also be used as a bedroom. It has a futon that can be pulled out and made into a Full size bed. There is a Tv in this sitting room. The full bath has a tub/shower. We provide towels and washcloths for each guest. Also, will provide enough toilet paper for a few days, and Hand Soap. The bathroom is between the den and the bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and vaulted ceilings. There is a Large closet inside the bedroom. **This is a 1 Bedroom rental. The Sitting room has a futon that can be pulled out as a full size bed.** Works well for 1 adult or 2 children. There are 3 HD TV's, with internet service in this rental. We offer Hulu live, Disney+, Netflix. *Extra Guest- The number of guests on your reservation is the amount of guests allowed at the rental at any time. We price our rental to make it affordable for a single person, or a couple, even though it will sleep up to 4 people. After 2 guests we charge a fee for each guest for each night. No more than 4 people are allowed at the rental at any time. No PARTIES AT THIS RENTAL. This rental is really a good rental for 1-3 adults (due to the futon being on the smaller side and it being a duplex). It's also great for a small family. We know lots of guests come to visit family and friends. If you are wanting to have them over at the rental, please contact us to get approval first. ONLY DOGS: We allow dogs but have some guidelines. Before booking please check with us and give us a description of your dogs (size, age, temperament, house trained, etc.) There is a pet fee for each dog to stay with us. If you are wanting to bring more than one dog, please let us know before booking. We do not allow any other type of animals inside of our rentals. The property has a TRAIL in the WOODS to the river front for fishing, swimming, and relaxing. The water comes from the reservoir so it is very clean. Trout is stocked every year. This private trail and area of the river is used for guests in each rental and managers use. It is just 2 miles to I-40 and 1 mile from an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. You can be in downtown Asheville or the Biltmore House in 10 minutes or so. There are grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away. We are happy to answer any question you may have about this rental.

Lindsay was great. She was always available to help if we had questions or needed anything. There were fabulous mountain views from every window. The upstairs sitting room was a bonus! The welcome book had all the information that you need for the stay. I even walked down to the river which was so serene. My walking sticks helped when climbing back up. It was worth it. We would definitely come back again! Thanks Lindsay!

My partner and I were visiting NC from Texas. We loved staying in Lindsay’s airb&b. It was so clean, organized and super cozy! Our favorite area was the sofa bed upstairs as we got to relax together after a long day of exploring the town and hiking, we would cuddle up and watch movies or shows with the streaming apps that they provide btw.
Host Lindsay is so kind and nice! She always responds as soon as she can and is always making sure you have the bed stay. Thank you for everything Lindsay! And for the very sweet gesture of gifting us some hot chocolate for us, which we had a hot chocolate every night. :)

We saw a big black bear which near our rental which we enjoyed. Heads up, any more than 2 people needs approval from the rental manager, if you have local friends or family, do not exceed 4 people at the house even for a short dinner visit. This is all in the rule book, which, unfortunately, I didn't read ahead of time. The owner/manager lives next door.
It is a, well equipped, clean quaint abode, perfect for 2 people. Take time to read the detailed booklet when you get there.

I would definitely come back and stay here again. Ms. Lindsay the property manager was very quick and responding to messages. She was very kind and made sure that my teenager kids where going to be comfortable with there stay as well. This place even provides a dog bag loaded with toys, poop bags, a mate yo put the dogs food and water bowels on. They also do not require alot of clean up when leaving. The area is amazing, you are within minutes of downtown Asheville and within an hour of water falls and hiking. When we come backnto Asheville, I will definitely stay at one of the properties that Ms. Lindsey owns.

We had a great experience with our entire process. From the initial communication to the stay and everything in between. The accommodations were just what we needed for our family. The unit has a king bed and a smaller futon. We initially had our 2 kids (10 & 5) with us, but our daughter went to camp and it was just the 3 of us and was perfect. Lindsay has a great and helpful binder to give us recommendations on food and fun in the area. I highly recommend this location!

The duplex was very clean and the perfect blend of being in the woods and close to town. Good communication. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms and loft were plenty for sleeping. The River walk is pretty. We would come back again!

This was THE PERFECT place for us. I needed a place to SEE the mountains. And this was it. The view was beautiful. Also, easy access to the city while also easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very close to all conveniences while not being in a crowded neighborhood. Our stay was delightful from start to finish. The owner / managers were great.

This is my second time staying at this property, and I have stayed at another property with this owner as well. Each time I enjoy it as they have made it feel like home. I spent a week with my dog, hiking and bike riding. The owner welcomes your four-legged friend and even prepares a bag of blankets and towels to wipe their paws off. I loved looking at the views of the mountains while drinking my morning coffee. The location is awesome and is in close proximity to so much. It takes less than 15 minutes to get to Downtown Asheville and to the Biltmore Estate. The Blue Ridge Parkway is less than 5 minutes away. Stores and restaurants are also close by as well. Yet the location is tucked away where you get a nice serene setting.
The property owner is great, and she has prepared a large notebook of things to do and see. I will stay here again.

We had a great experience at this property! It was so clean which is a huge thing for me being a professional cleaner myself. It was stocked with much more than we would even expect at a rental and it made us feel right at home on our first trip to NC. The location was amazing too! Tucked in but still so near to everything you’d want in Asheville. They had a plethora of suggestions for food and activities to keep us entertained on our stay as well and we used many of them! All in all a great experience and we hope to make it back again.

The check-in process was very smooth and we had great communication with the owners throughout our stay. It was a quick downhill walk to the river, which was beautiful, but the uphill climb back to the house was a bit tough. Best part was watching a momma bear and her two cubs playing in the backyard! The location was very convenient to everything.

The owner of this property was amazing. She stayed in contact with me any time needed. She was prompt, responsive, polite and a wonderful host. This place was very well stocked for what I needed. Also, thus place was CLEAN!!! Not as in clean by a cleaning company that does not care but cleaned in a way that it was done by yourself and want it done perfectly. The property had wonderful views and was conveniently located. My only concern with location was I was not able to get an Uber or Lyft to come pick me up. That is why the 4 stars. Other than that, everything was great!

Wonderful experience. This property is on a quiet street but is close to everything. If you intend to visit the Blue Ridge parkway you are only minutes away. Clean and nice, I couldn’t recommend more.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. The hosts are friendly and responsive, but not obtrusive. The unit was really comfortable and well-equipped, and the deck was a great place to sit and have a meal or a drink, and of course enjoy the view. We would definitely stay here again.

The check in was so smooth. Hosts are kind and clear in their communication. Location is quiet and has a gorgeous view in the back. Rental has a full functioning kitchen. We barely ate out.
