If this is for you, check out our beautifully decorated, updated, colorful and spacious 1913 beach Bungalow that is ready for your fun filled vacation. Enjoy the beach early in the morning to walk your pet or look for seashells! We are the owners and love this neighborhood and think you will, too! Our home is in the heart of Seawall Blvd and within easy walking distance to the beach (1 short block), Pleasure Pier, The Spot, The Brick House, Gumbo Diner, Joe's Crab Shack and other Restaurants! You will love sitting on the front porch and relaxing in a tropical atmosphere! Our beautifully landscaped backyard is a wonderfully tranquil place to relax after a fun-filled day on the island! Enjoy grilling on the propane grill and relaxing in the conversation area in the backyard while surrounded by full privacy fencing, gas fire pit and Hibiscus bushes. The outdoor shower (with a sprayer) is wonderful for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The large front porch is so relaxing and great for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee while feeling the Gulf breezes and hearing the waves. This is a peaceful, friendly neighborhood which will allow you to truly feel at home in our adorable Bungalow! Our home will sleep eight and is suitable for children and pets. Both side yards and backyard are fully privacy fenced with child and pet friendly landscaping. The open concept design is very inviting for conversations and interacting with your family and friends. Full kitchen, living room, large dining room with a table make for an open and airy environment. The living room has a wall mounted 47” flat screen TV with the Ultimate Xfinity Package. Free movie channels as well live TV channels! You will also have free WIFI through Xfinity. The two bedrooms have the Ultimate Xfinity Package as well. Our Bungalow has all solid 1913 wood floors, no carpet. We have a colorful hutch in the Dining room with an assortment of board games, Jenga, cards, puzzles, books. You will love the full kitchen with quality cookery and colorful dishes. We include a coffee maker (coffee is provided), Keurig with K cups and an electric kettle. Next to the kitchen is a half bath which includes a full-size washer and dryer, storage area with laundry supplies, yard spray, extra toilet paper, pet supplies and clean up cloths. There are two full size bedrooms. The blue bedroom has a luxurious pillow top King size mattress. It is like sleeping on a cloud! There is a full closet, dresser, chair, and a luggage rack. IO the bedside tables are lamps with USB ports, beach towels and extra blankets. Also, a wall mounted TV. The yellow bedroom also has a luxurious pillow top Queen size mattress. The two nightstands with USB ports in the lamps create a nice resting spot for your cell phone or book. There is a full closet and a cedar chest with extra blankets. Above the owner's closet are extra pillows. Also, a wall mounted TV. In the living room there are two memory foam sleepers (Queen and full size). We also have an airbed and a Pack n Play. There are two cubes in the living room that contain throws that add to your comfort while enjoying TV or a movie. All bedding is provided, plus plenty of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. There is one fully updated Jack and Jill bathroom with Kohler cast Iron low profile soaking tub/shower combo. All towels are included. We have an additional half bath by the backdoor. Very convenient while enjoying the backyard. Once you are inside our beach Bungalow home, you will be surprised how you feel so far away from all the noise of the Seawall! Even in the backyard the tranquility is amazing and enjoyable! We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful Bungalow! We are always available to answer any questions. The owners put a lot of effort into making their rental property inviting and very accomodating. Every item from bathing supplies to wine accessories were not only easily accessible. That were organized and labelled as well. The back yard provided a nice additional respite and was very dog friendly. Thank you also for being Texas friendly.

This rental was simply amazing! I was blown away with how well stocked the house was. Location is perfectly situated as it's walking distance to the beach. The backyard was absolutely adorable! The owners were incredibly responsive. I really can't say enough positive things. We will definitely stay again!

We also loved our stay at this cozy little cottage . It was absolutely everything a beach house should look like . We will definitely go back for our next vacation. When i say this place has everything i mean it and very organized . Thank you Carol and Ron .

My husband and I stayed for a couple of days with our 10 month and 2 medium size dogs. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It had pretty much anything we might need as far as cooking utensils, towels, blankets/bedding, even dog friendly items like bowls and extra poop bags if needed. The backyard was so lovely to hang out in with the dogs in the evening - the party lights are a great touch. We loved the home's location - everything was either a quick walk or drive away. We will definitely be making another family trip to the house next year!

House is a bright and comfortable space. Everything is well labeled and easy to find and well-stocked with convenience items. Check in and check out was super easy! The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Even with 2 adults a 3 teens we had plenty of space to enjoy together time and relax separately.

Could not ask for anything more in a vacation spot. This was steps from the beach and the owners thought of just about every single thing in advance of our arrival. We used every inch of this place and it was perfect for 2 adults and a 10 year old. Owners were super responsive and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Galveston.

This home is perfect! From the minute you walk in you feel great. It is beautifully decorated, full stocked, great location and only 2 blocks from the beach and The Spot. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. This is our 2nd time staying at home and will always be our go to when in Galveston.

Me, my wife, and two kids (14 & 10) stayed here for a few days. The property was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. We really enjoyed how many things were within walking distance, and any of the other activities we had planned were short drive away.
The house itself was a good size for us considering that we spent a lot of time out and about. Only two bedrooms so one of the kids utilized the pull-out sofa bed.
The one issue we had was the internet/tv service. Typically not a huge factor in deciding where to stay, but with my kids’ internet needs and the College World Series playing on TV, I have to say the internet/tv service was very much sub-par. It’s also not the most user friendly system, and this coming from someone who is extremely technology proficient.
The check-in/check-out process was super easy, and I would definitely go back in the future.

We’ve stayed in many places on the island. This is by far the best! The house is immaculate and stocked with everything imaginable. The hosts have thought of everything. The communication of Ron and Carol is unsurpassed. On top of everything else, the location is prime. Enjoy your time on the porch as it’s the best spot for people watching. Cute vacation rental not far from the beach. Is exactly as described in Vrbo. Owners have it well stocked, clean & comfortable. No back aches after sleeping on a mushy mattress, the shower has reliable hot water, great grill & comfy back patio. Great place to stay!

Our family truly loved the house, location, amenities, and hosts. The walk to the beach was lovely and the beach items that were available were in excellent condition. Our family loves to cook and the kitchen had every item we could ever need to make big dinners and breakfasts. The Pier is so close that we had an easy walk, and we got to enjoy some awesome local ice cream at Cordray Drug Store. Five stars!!!

What a wonderful, magical cottage! My nieces told me they wanted to live there. Everything you could want is provided including complimentary wine, coffee and snacks. The hosts have spared no expense to make you comfortable and to ensure you will have a wonderful time!!!

Great location, one block to the beach. We stayed for 7 weeks in this cute little house. Ron & Carol were always available for us with ideas for entertainment and restaurants. The home was well supplied with everything. Even a Christmas tree.

This was an awesome old home that was redone and was super comfortable. Enjoyed the backyard by the fireplace. Centrally located so easy to get to the beach and anywhere along the seawall. Would highly recommend checking this place out.

Could not ask for a better place to stay, have stayed at a lot of places there in Galveston, however hands down the best, clean, well stocked with things that you may have forgotten, quick walk to beach, restaurants and much more. Can’t wait to come back again.

This home was perfectly described by the owners. With it's close proximity to the beach and wonderful decorations, we couldn't have asked for more. We enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and the private backyard for evening grilling and fire. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the dining table could easily have sat 8 people comfortably. I would highly recommend this home to anyone going to the Galveston area!

This home is just amazing! My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The flowers and lawn were beaitiful. The back yard was perfect for my 2 little fur babies. This home had everything in it that you could even imagine. If you forgot something, its probably there. The beds were extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was clean, quiet and just a block from the beach. We could even walk to our favorite place for cold beer "The Spot" Carol and Ron were the perfect hosts and let us know of a couple of events that were happening in the area. I most definitely recommend this place, you won't be sorry. I myself will be booking again

Perfect getaway!
Fantastic house, great location just a couple hundred yards from the beach. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping this place in great shape. Everything was in great condition.
We had one question about not knowing how to work one of the backyard lights. They jumped right on it and helped us. Very responsive.
Well stocked with anything you could possibly need. They had a high chair we used for our son, and they even had lots of kids dishes. Tons of little touches, like having extra toothpaste and toothbrushes in case you forgot yours.
Backyard is great. Fire pit and chairs were awesome. Ambiance from the lights is very nice.
Overall we loved the house and would stay there again. Great hosts!

Perfect Place in Galveston
This cottage was everything as advertised and more! Cute, very comfortable, especially the beds, close to the beach, and had anything you could imagine you would need. They have everything labeled so you can find things easily. The back yard was very nice and they were so responsive and helpful with anything! Including good restaurant recommendations. I loved Galveston and would definitely love to return to Ron and Carol’s place!
