Are you ready to enjoy "Life on a Sandbar"? Then It’s time to start your vacation One Block from the beach, feeling the ocean breezes and hearing the waves? Our Coastal Beach Cottage was built in 1913 and is the perfect getaway for those seeking relaxation. Nestled one block from the Beach, our charming retreat offers a perfect balance of coastal style and modern comfort.
The open-concept living area features a welcoming space for family gatherings. With a large Dining table for cozy evenings playing board games, working on puzzles, or relaxing on the Sofa and Loveseat to enjoy TV or a movie.
The Outdoor space in the backyard includes a spacious Conversation area and fire pit under a Pergola surrounded by Tropical landscaping. We have an Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the Beach. There is also a large front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sounds of the Gulf waves.
Our Coastal Beach Cottage is in the heart of Seawall Blvd and within easy walking distance to the beach (1 short block), which allows you to embrace the coastal lifestyle. More Gulf waves, views and thrilling rides await at the Pleasure Pier, which is a short 7/10ths of a mile walk. Restaurants within walking distance include The Spot, The Brick House, Gumbo Diner, Joe's Crab Shack and other Restaurants!

Wonderful home and location! What you see online is precisely what you walk into. In addition to the lovely decor, thoughtfulness shows through the home from easy to locate items in the kitchen to extra items easily left behind at home such as toothpaste and shower supplies. Ron and Carol are easy to communicate with and readily available if needed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back.

We can’t say enough great things about the accommodations or the host. The house was super clean and beyond stocked. If you forget toiletries of any kind, they have you covered. If you choose to cook a gigantic meal they have you covered with cookware, flatware… We appreciated that dogs were welcomed and again they were prepared should you forget your pet supplies. I sent the owner a few texts and the response was quick. Location is walking distance to the Spot and Pleasure Pier/seawall. Just wonderful!!!

This house was super cute and the perfect distance from the water. It had everything we needed for our spring break stay. This was our little doxies’s first road trip and beach experience so we truly appreciated having a clean and pet friendly space to be able to bring her along.The hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive.
