About this house rental

Our beautiful, direct oceanfront home offers a large great room, five bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. You will enjoy the sweeping ocean view from the living, dining and kitchen areas.
The second floor is occupied by a master bedroom (16 by 33) with a king-size bed and an ocean-side balcony. The main (first) floor has 4 bedrooms: the second master bedroom with a queen bed and an in suite full bathroom, next to it, a king bedroom, across hall way, a queen bedroom, and a kids room with 4 twins (two sets of bunk beds). The 3rd full bathroom is on this floor in the hallway.
A fully stocked kitchen has all major and small appliances - microwave, electric stove, full size refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, etc.. The house has its own private beach access and is several houses away from the public access. and is non smoking and pet free..

The backyard is literally the ocean! It was extremely nice to be able to walk out onto the porch and down a few stairs and be right on the ocean. The steps to the beach do need repairing though as they were warped and bending under our weight. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled but the rest of the home needs updating and a good clean. The tables were dusty, showerhead in one bath had lots of hard water buildup, another shower has had the handhold bar broken and patched up, the master bath floods (per the paperwork in the home) if you fill the tub above the jets). While the home was advertised with a grill, it was unusable as it was extremely dirty. There were plenty of beach chairs as advertised to use but most are nearly rusted through and need replacing. Two of the bedrooms (king and queen) are actually adjoined with a glass pocket door. Both of these rooms stayed extremely hot the entire week and I should’ve been clued in as there were multiple standup fans in the rooms. All in all the house served our purpose of being oceanfront but for the price needs a little TLC.

This is a great house, we plan on renting it again Open the door and the ocean is right there, great porch, equipped kitchen with useable pots & pans. Fans in the house, beach chairs in the garage. By far the best house we have rented in Topsail over the 10 yrs we have been coming. Comfortable furniture & plenty sitting room. It has been upkeep well. My family had a great vacation & felt comfortable & relaxed in this rental.

Our host was so generous when it came to check in and out times of the beach house. The house was beautiful and the master bedroom on the top floor was over the moon to surprise our best friends! Thank you and hope to book another stay soon
