About this house rental
Colac Bay is a great weekend/holiday getaway, it is one of Southlands most consistant surf breaks, catering to all abilities. Colac Bay is a short drive from Riverton and on the coastal highway. Great fishing and diving and lovely beaches to explore. Colac bay has a local Restaurant /Pub, an easy stroll from this Bach. Being so far south, this coastal town has the longest sun hours in the country
Special conditions:
Pets allowed, although property is not fully fenced, we would prefer pets to be kept outside.
It is expected that the bach will be left clean and in the state that it is found.
PLEASE NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave.
NOTE: PLEASE BRING OWN LINEN (towels/sheets only) If this is a problem please contact the owner.
THERE IS NO WIFI/INTERNET - The Cell phone reception is fine and ok for mobile phone internet

This trip was our third time staying here. We always feel at home here and this time was no exception. It’s so warm and relaxing. The place really needs some wifi as the tv coverage was absolutely hopeless. Definitely will be going back for a fourth time at some stage.

This is a really nice property in peaceful and relaxing spot. A fire would be magic but the heater was excellent, rapidly and quietly providing a nice heat. There's plenty of cool things to do nearby too.
