I loved that it was outside Queenstown which is so busy. I cold take a nice walk outside and enjoy nature, make my own dinner and relax in my room with my own bathroom.

Gorgeous and quiet location. Plenty of space. Outdoor areas with furniture. Kitchen was well appointed and convivial. Enough power points.
Shared bathroom is slightly inconvenient at times. Unpaved access road a worry for rental car, would recommend arriving in daylight. TV did not get free to air stations. A bit of a hike to fetch dinner supplies.

Self catered
My wife doesn't handle stairs well, so the up and down stairs from our room to main living /cooking area was a bit difficult for her with the distance to lug cases and bags from car parking area to our room down stairs was a bit tiring for her. Would suit younger fit people far better. The heat pump in the lounge area was a bit annoying with its high pitch noise but as we only stayed for one night it was ok.
