An amazing location that really makes you slow down and appreciate the nature, beach and surroundings. Great way to unwind half way through our travels around NZ.

Great location. Great staff/hosts. Comfortable rooms and plenty of bedding.
Toilets did run out of toilet roll in the night and had to pay for showers (which is fine but we chose not to do so)

We always stay here when we visit the Catlins. Close to the beach, great value for money. Perfect location.

Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. The cabin was super clean & the bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Easy and close walk to the beach.

Fridge not operating had defrosted lots of water inside.Water pipe hammering.
To be fair we stayed 2 nights and one night was not charged for. Lovely people running the place.
