I liked the place as its modern and comfortanbe and mostly quiet...its well set up the only thing in the kitchen we couldnt find was a cheese grater.
Communication was a bit of a challange as the lady that greeted us has minimal English an I have no Mandarin/Cantanese so the lady used a phone to translate what i said. Which worked ok but was a bit frustraiting.
A few minor issues...
1 a cooking pot handle was so loose it was a hazard to my son whos job wqas cooking so i tightened it up for him an the places safety.
2. A knife had a chip out of its tip.
3. A cutting board had a split in the grain where black mould is growing so i left the latter 2 on the bench for the owner to sort out at their leasure.
4. Check out was set to 10am but the lady appeared earlyer an started to strip the bed before we left. Hmm thats not ideal or normal in my prevous experances.
5. The lady mowed the lawns about 3.30pm while we were there i laughed an thought maybe you should have done that task when no guests were around? But i did not ask her to stop cos i knew communication was a tricky issue.
6. Bidet had no English instructions so we didnt get to experance the thrill this time around.
7. 4 guests shared 1 bathroom but only 2 wash clothes were supplyed.
Perhaps you could supply 1 per guest in future.

Our host was wonderful and as the weather was so bad she let us check out at 12pm instead of 10am which meant we weren't trying to find somewhere to shelter from the rain.

Ease of access. Accommodation was spotless. Room and ensuite were large. Very quiet location.

The property aesthetically was lively, very clean and well kept. The shared living area was cold though as there wasn’t any heating.
There was no noise batting between the rooms so you could hear everything at all hours it didn’t make for a comfortable sleeping environment, especially with inconsiderate guesting in other rooms making noise up until midnight both nights of our stay. I had messaged the owners the morning of our first visit to let them know about the noise issue as I hardly had any sleep, expecting them to inform the other guests. However they were as loud the next night and I had to call at 11:45pm about to complain about the noise yet again.
