About this apartment rental
This modern one bedroom unit is located close to Queenstown and positioned right beside Lake Wakatipu, you can simply walk down to the lake and access the Frankton Walking Track that will take you to the heart of Queenstown's town centre.
Off-road parking is available and inside the apartment you will find a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area, large bedroom with access to private deck which allows you to soak up the summer sun or take in the amazing views.

The lounge area has a comfy pull out double sofa bed.
The unit is completed with a fully equipped bathroom and laundry that includes a washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen has all the modern appliances you could expect ensuring you can make yourself at home.
A large Smart TV with Netflix provided and free wireless internet.
Bedroom has 1x Queen bed.
Check- in time is 2pm onwards and check out time is 10am. This may be flexible depending on bookings.
If you have another couple you are travelling with or family/party we have a mirror image of this one bedroom apartment right next door. We also have two 3 bedroom apartments that can accommodate big groups. Please enquire.
We are a child friendly apartment. We have a portacot and high chair available if required.

- - No one under the age of 21 unless travelling with family

Modern property, well situated to Boathouse cafe for lunch and local brewery for drinks. Some minor inconvenience with nearby building works, current parking spot may be difficult for some people. Long term these minor issues will be overcome.

This wee apartment ticked the boxes for us on our short stay in Queenstown - clean, neat and tidy and was everything we wanted and needed. Would definitely stay again!

Nice property but fold out bed had a broken spring was creaky and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also would have appreciated being informed there was construction work occurring beside property
