The family tent was spacious and very well decorated! The beds were really comfortable!
Dinner and breakfast were very good. All the staff were polite, generous and friendly. We enjoyed their hospitality and the wonderful Sahara landscape!
There are no negatives!

The location was great. The service provided by Hassan and the staff was warm. They were accommodating and very friendly. One could actually walk to the dunes from the camp as it was at the edge. Travelling with a 4 year old kid in September we were worried but the weather was only hot during the afternoon (expected), so it would be better to stay outside the tent or near the pool.

Excellent experience camping in the desert. Hassan was a brilliant host “lovely bubbly” and would recommend

Very good communication throughout the booking and arrival process. Secure gated parking for our motorcycle sidecar. Air conditioned waiting area. Short distance to camel departure area and option of 4x4. Attentive staff focused on us having a good experience.
