About this condo rental
Located in Solana Beach, this charming condo for $425 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Perched on sandstone bluffs overlooking the pacific ocean, the Del Mar Beach Club is the ideal place for beach lovers. The community has an east side and a west side... We are on the west side (ocean side)! Our two bedroom/2 bath air conditioned condominium is right at the main pool (the only heated pool on the west side), and just a thirty second walk to the private stairs leading to the beautiful sandy surf coves below. Note: We are one building behind the oceanfront building, and there is not an ocean view from the condo, but a beautiful garden, greenbelt and pool view! After a day at the beach, plunge into the sun-soaked pool or jacuzzi a dozen steps from your front door. The private gym, saunas, and gas BBQs are also right there! In the late afternoon, stroll to the view deck, or relax in the view lounge and watch the sun set over the sea. For entertainment, the race track, fairgrounds, restaurants, shopping and bars of Solana beach and Del Mar village are all minutes away. Amenities within the home include remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, WiFi, large flat screen TV with cable/DVR, a generous front garden patio, and a peaceful rear patio garden off the master bedroom. State of the art appliances including full sized side-by-side lg washer/dryer, wine fridge, and incredibly quiet dishwasher ensure your stay is comfortable and peaceful. We have stayed at the Del Mar Beach Club many times, and this was our favorite visit yet! Emmett's place is immaculate and he ensures that a guest has everything they need to have a comfortable stay in his home. The proximity to the pool/grilling area was really nice having young kids. The house is sparkling clean and you really just can't beat the location in Solana Beach. Thanks for having us Emmett, we can't wait to come back again!

What a wonderful trip we had. The check in process was a breeze and the condo was more than expected. We loved the location and the green space for the kids the run around a bit. The beach was SO quiet for July we were amazed. We saw dolphins almost every day. The beds were super comfortable and spacious. We walked to the Brigantine, Fletcher Cove playground, CVS, and much more. If you’re looking for a beach getaway this is the place!

Emmett was great to work with and met us at the property at check in to go over everything. The condo was immaculate and decorated with very high end furnishings. The patio was a hit. Such a great place to relax. The condo complex offers great amenities with multiple pools, tennis courts and direct beach access. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants and a short drive to just about everything else. Will stay here again!

We traveled to the San Diego area for my daughter's soccer tournament, but staying at Emmett's beach condo made the trip truly feel like a vacation. The condo is immaculate and spacious, with amazing bathrooms, furnishings and decor. Being right next to the pool and steps from the (private) beach access was ideal. The community is extremely safe and quiet. Highly recommend this condo! Easy access to the highway as well made exploring surrounding areas a piece of cake. 5 stars!

Lovely
We enjoyed our stay very much. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked but absolutely not a deterrent bc I just ran over things with a wipe. It was the same day that a new fridge was installed so I think that the cleaners might have been on a time crunch. Emmett was very kind and took the time to walk us around so we were familiar with everything and he was also very responsive.

Recommend highly
Brought family to San Diego area for my son's soccer playoffs and this property had everything we needed. Emmett was very responsive to all of my questions, check in was easy, unit is steps from the pool and a few extra steps to the observation deck. Was able to use the grill at the pool on a few occasions. Only downside was some traffic due to the County Fair but plenty of ways around that. Will definitely be back if we are ever in the area. Thanks for everything Emmett.

We have been staying at the DMBC for 20 years....this condo was perfect for the two of us....everything was lovely.....Emmett was so very nice to work with....he takes great pride in his "home".....this is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the area.....don't hesitate to come here!!

And the pool is just outside the door! Awesome sunsets are steps away. The property was clean and comfortable, and it's surprisingly quiet at night. It's was a great place to stay away from the very busy Mission and Pacific Beach areas. We would definitely stay there again!

Just Amazing!
This rental was everything - and more - that we had hoped for! The decor, location and proximity to the beach was just amazing. And, the property owner is really wonderful. He answered all of our questions, helped with recommendations and was always responsive. The pool (one of three in the community!) is just a few feet away from this condo and it was great for our teens who swam while we prepared dinner. It was so nice to see them and hear them and feel comforted by the fact that we knew where they were. We LOVED this place and would happily stay again.

Incredible Stay At The Beach
This place is a gem! The unit itself is modern, spacious and the layout makes it feel like a home. It's right by the heated pool and 200 steps (my son counted) to one of the most gorgeous beaches. We loved waking up every day, walking on the beach, or going for a morning surf and starting our day off with some fresh air. We truly did not want to leave. Emmett was incredibly responsive and helpful and solved any minor issues that popped up with great speed. I would highly recommend this rental for a lovely getaway in North County San Diego!

Del Mar Beach Club Condo
We had a great week at this property. The owner’s concierge, Deborah, met us at the unit and made check in quick and easy despite our late arrival. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our breakfasts and lunches (we ate dinner out most evenings). The unit is just steps from the pool and has a nice screen of vegetation to provide some privacy on the patio, and the beach is just a couple minutes walk away. Having assigned parking is a big plus also as parking anywhere near the beach can be an issue. We highly recommend this property and I’m sure we will be returning at some point in the future.

Great stay and property manager at Del Mar Beach Club
Two great things about this place are the team and location. Emmett is great to work with and responds quickly to inquiries. When you arrive, Deborah, greets you, shows the property and tells you about the area. When we had appliance issue, JR took care of it right away.
The unit is a short walk to what feels like a private beach. We enjoyed the sun, sand and swimming in the ocean. There’s lots to do in the area and you can walk to the Brigantine, shops at Del Mar heights and Solana Beach restaurants. The famous Del Mar race track is nearby but was closed to the public (due to COVID). It’s a place we’ll come back to visit.

Perfect location and great property amenities. We have stayed at different condos at DMBC for over 30 years and this one was fantastic. Emmett is a wonderful, caring property owner that addressed all my questions with thoughtful concern for my family. Condo is fully stocked with and loaded with extras and only a few minutes walk to the beach! Check in and out and condo regulations were outlined allowing for a relaxing stay. Will come again!

Del Mar Beach Club Rental
My family and I had a great time! We loved the location of the condo, it’s close to the pool, the gate and easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and the master and powder bath seemed newly remodeled. Also both bedrooms were updated and spacious. The Condo was stocked with plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. We’ve been coming to Del Mar beach club for over 20 years and a lot of the time the condos are lacking basic items, but this condo had everything we needed for the week. The owner Emmett was very helpful and was quick to respond. There was a little mix-up with the parking because of construction, but Emmett stayed on top of it until it was resolved. He was so nice anytime we needed anything. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay her again!! This is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed!

The BEST CA beach home we have ever stayed in
Our family has stayed in many SoCal spots, and this place is the BEST. Uniquely stylish, very tasteful deluxe upgrades, relaxing slate back porch right off a pool/hot tub area, all in the very secure, quiet, classy Del Mar Beach Club.
Every AM my wife and I took long scenic walks to nearby hip and/or architecturally enchanting enclaves of Del Mar or Solana Beach areas!
Great location as you are near places like Encinitas or Torrey Pines but in a quiet spot within a 2 min walk to private secluded beach. I loved the fact that beach there is sparsely populated, unlike so many crowded beaches in that area, esp. on weekend. GREAT waves for boogie boarding!
Top notch appliances, washer/dryer, and such a classy interior design. Emmett went above and beyond!
We also own a 5-star luxury condo and we can say Emmett is among the top 5% in terms of hospitality, service, and timeliness with correspondence!!!
We WILL be back! I am currently undergoing therapy to deal with my clinical depression after having to leave such a sweet piece of Paradise!!
