Construction Completed in February 2013. Location, Location, Location! Sleeps 20 in beds!!! Sea Ya Soon is a beautiful 4 bedroom (Additional sleeping Loft area) 3.5 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 2600 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media room for the kids upstairs with a large flat screen. 6 Flat Screens in All. With over 1800 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 450 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), Sea Ya Soon is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Large kitchen table seats 8-10 + 4 more at the standard height kitchen bar (plenty of outside dining as well - 10 more!). Home also boasts plenty of parking for boats, motorcycles, or RV's. 57ft long by 30 ft wide paved private driveway for plenty of parking including large RV's Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family. **Please note that for your safety and ours, the exterior of the property is monitored by 4 surveillance cameras (front porch, driveway, beach entry, and west side of the house) and the security footage will only be reviewed if there is an incident. The pool and hot-tub ARE NOT monitored.

If you want unobstructed view and limletless access to the beach and ocean, this place is for you! If the ocean is too cold in December, you can enjoy the heated pool or hottub! I looked for weeks to find the perfect spot with adequate sleeping arrangements and seating. Our family of 6, (with 2 elderly), thought the accommodations complimented our vacation well. The area is close to many tourist locations and restaurants.
Contact with the management company was easy and we were satisfied with the responses.
We were there for 5 days, and we cooked in several times. Our only suggestion is that if you want to cook in, you need to have all the ingredients necessary. There is not salt and pepper or oil. Not a big deal! Still gave 5 stars as I'd stay again.

We had a party of 12, ages 1-83! This was the perfect house! The bedrooms we set up great! The layout of the house was perfect! The pool/deck area was very spacious! We are already planning our next trip!

Everything was wonderful. Pool was great, hot tub great. Spacious kitchen and great room. Loved the set up. And the view was spectacular. Best of all the home is on the beach and only steps away. We will be back!

We loved our stay last week! It was a perfect beach location. The pool is perfect for kids when the ocean is intense for them. Will definitely be back!

Generally speaking we were thrilled with the beach and surroundings. The house was not well suited for 3 couples and 7 grandchildren. 2 couples had lovely bedrooms and baths but the 3rd couple was stuck upstairs with the kid’s sleeping in bunk beds. The house needs repairs and a thorough cleaning (tiny bugs were in the silverware drawer). The pool and hot tub were very nice. We had fun but would not book again.

There were a few small things that could have been better but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and it’s close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The minute you walk in the house you see a wonderful view of the ocean and palm trees. We did have one issue during our stay but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely book this place again.

Everything with property management was very easy and professional. The property was exceedingly clean, as well. Linens and towels were good, with LOTS of plush beach towels available for our use. Our kids didn't use the top bunks in the upstairs bedrooms because the upper beds were a little too close to the ceiling, but the lower bunks were manageable. Downstairs bedrooms were fine and had en suite bathrooms. LOVED the huge washer and dryer (I might have to rethink our front loader machines because these were nice!). The pool was slightly larger than I expected, as it was around 10'x20' -- perfectly sized for 3 of us to laze away the day in the sun. The condo complex next door was quiet, and surprisingly, their renters never "overtook" the beach. Truly a wonderful, relaxing experience at this property. Strongly recommend Capt. Anderson's for dinner -- it's relatively close by, and the food was fabulous!

House was great! Clean property in a great spot. Would not recommend more than 10 people as it could be a stretch to sleep comfortably but it worked well for us.

The house was exactly as described! Perfect size for our family of 11 people. The House was in great shape with comfy king beds. Bunk beds are fine for kids but not as comfy for an adult. Plenty of room for all of us. I think the best part was our own hot tub and heated pool and only a few steps to the sandy beach! I did call maintenance for some outdoor outlets not working but they came out the same day we arrived on Saturday to check them and then fixed them Monday.
Just a few suggestions. The couches needed deep cleaned as they smell and they are not that comfortable and could be worn out. The cookware is old and very hard to use with misc pieces. Hard to cook up large servings of bacon and eggs. But Plenty of kitchenware! Appliances were great. Fridge needs some broken shelves replaced and I added that to the maintenance needs as some were missing too. Lastly, not a deal breaker but there are no dressers upstairs in the 2 bunkbed rooms, so hard to unpack a weeks worth of clothes. Has to use the suitcase. :(
A great place and will definitely look to rent again. It’s definitely an above average rental house!

The house was as expected. It was clean and spacious and the deck/pool are just awesome. We encountered some mechanical issues during our stay and could not believe how responsive and on-top of taking care of the issues management was - no complaints! We had a really great time in PCB.

All we can say is this house, the location, the amenities and the landscape were just perfect. Everything was well maintained and the weather really helped. The heated swimming pool was working perfectly and the jacuzzi as well. The house is very spacious and comfortable but when we saw the view from the pool area that was the only place we wanted to be. That was for sure one of the better vacations we had in a while and after spending a week in this house, we are already booked for this year!

Shoddy property and below par furniture. No carpets in the living room - just the bare minimum. If you are planning to use the kitchen while you are there, forget it! Even the knives don’t work. You can tell from staying there that the property is not maintained to provide a good experience to the vacationer. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
Additionally, we had a particularly bad and frigid experience (pun-intended) owing to the surprisingly sub-zero temperatures and the owner’s condescending reply stating that he/she “doesn’t control the weather”. We were hoping to atleast keep ourselves warm indoors. But the floors are not insulated and the first floor almost uninhabitable. We managed to get a room heater which was apparently elusive to the property manager’s tepid efforts to keep us warm and comfortable.

Everything was clean and there was enough space and bath towels for all 10 of us. We enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub in the 40-60 degree weather we experienced. (We’re from northern indiana, the weather was almost perfect. Lol)
We had plenty of space on the dining room table to play board games and decorate Christmas cookies. Definitely would come back next year!

The house was perfect all around with the beach access, heated pool, hot tub and stocked kitchen with all of the necessary utensils for cooking.
The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Friends and Family Vacation
We enjoyed our week long vacation. The view is beautiful. The pool was perfect. The biggest complaint we had was the kitchen isn’t very well stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, the type of thing you need for a big group. We cook a lot while on vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the short walk to the beach. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook each night. The patio had plenty of chairs for all of us.
The freezer/frig needs some work. None of the shelves in the freezer drawer were usable and there was a shelf missing. This was the only thing that made using the freezer a little complicated. We didn't report it and just made do.

Great set up
We came to this house with family/friends for elementary school spring break and we had a blast! House was clean and spacious! Pool was heated to perfection and the hot tub was an added bonus! Only complaint was there weren't a lot of dishes. We had 10 people and there weren't even enough bowls for one meal. Property management was great! Pool heater went out after a storm and they promptly came the next morning to fix everything! Also, we were able to check in a little early on the day of arrival. Communication, house, location, everything was fantastic! Great vacation!

I only gave a poor score for cleanliness because it looked as though the cleaning people were not bothering to move furniture or bother to extend a broom or hose underneath anything. I found an old water bottle rolled up in dust bunnies underneath the bed from the previous family. I never have allergy issues but just walking into this house made my sinuses miserable I could hardly sleep at night I was so stuffed up but outside the house I was fine. I picked up a handful of cigarette butts from the drive way (we do not smoke) and found beer cans along the outside of the property (we do not drink) maybe they were the neighbors. Overall the house appeared clean and was as pictured. I'm only disappointed for the fact that we paid good money to stay in a clean house and we left it cleaner than we found it. I really liked that there was a guy to clean the hot tub and pool, that was nice. This house was the perfect location for us to get married and honeymoon. Thank you.

The house is gorgeous but needs some updating and repairs. You wont get a better view or access to the gulf. You have your own personal hot tub and heated pool. We will for sure be coming back!

This beach home is so convenient! Tons of space indoors for eating and sleeping with a sliding door to a deck with pool and hot tub. We watched the sunset nightly. The view is breathtaking. We will 100% be back to this property.

House was roomy everything we needed was there
Location was perfect had issues with beach refurbishing but Mikey gave us an inconvenience discount but with the pool and spa it still worked out. Over all was wonderful property

We started out with no heated pool or internet, but this was resolved quickly. The hot tub stopped working midway through the week. But the view was stunning, bringing my family’s dogs and all of my kids and spouses (6) to enjoy time together was perfect. The only complaint was the condo next to the house people kept bring their dogs over and not picking up after their dogs. I would highly recommend this house.
