About this condo rental
Located in Sandusky, this charming condo for $290 per night is a great option for your next trip. *** Important items to read prior to booking. *** If you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing waterfront destination for six, look no further! Featuring one master suite with queen bed and his and hers bathrooms, one double guest room with adjacent full bathroom and a comfortable full sleeper sofa, each one of your guests will feel right at home during your stay. The great room includes a fully stocked kitchen with extra amenities like coffee and tea to get you started. On a rainy afternoon, enjoy the large television in the great room or retire to your bedroom with your own television. We're sure you'll love the beautiful pool and hot tub open to guests throughout the season. Spend the day at the pool (we have beach towels for you!) and serve lunch poolside using the two grills located next to the pool (grill tools included in this unit). Perhaps, the Lake Erie Islands are more your style. Sandusky service on the Jet Express is currently suspended, but access is available 15 miles away in Catawba. The condo is also just steps away from all of the shopping and restaurants of Sandusky's burgeoning downtown. Fitness center located on the first floor. Ask us for a list of recommendations - we love this town! Only a few miles from Cedar Point, you and your guests will enjoy the spectacular view of the park from your balcony. Don't miss this incredible unit - it is sure to book fast this summer! Children welcome. No pets allowed. **This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.** -We can not accommodate check-ins earlier than 4 pm. **The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation** **TV's are equipped with Roku Streaming & Hulu - No traditional cable. Please inquire with any questions.** ** Outdoor pool & hot tub are seasonal - Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day, but could vary depending on temperatures. Please inquire with any questions. ** **Periodically, this building undergoes maintenance that may impact the view and noise in this unit. Please inquire if you have any questions.** **Coin operated laundry facilities inside building.** **No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony.** **No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.** **We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.** Check out instructions are as follows: -Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible. -All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor. -Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher. -When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.

We visited Sandusky/Cedar Point on the way to Mackinac Island. The condo was excellent. Very clean and well-equipped. Beautiful view and conveniently located. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

My 3 children and I just returned home from our stay at David and Christine's condo. Everything was absolutely amazing! Their property is gorgeous and super clean. The location is perfect and only a 10 minute drive from Cedar Point Amusement Park. The hosts provided detailed information for check in, check out, and everything in between. They even checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!

We enjoyed our visit to Sandusky and couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. We appreciated how clean and inviting the condo was. David was very thorough with his directions for check in and check out services and always available for questions and ansers.
The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our 3-night stay. The pool and hot tub area was also very clean and we greatly enjoyed the quaint town of Sandusky; walking around to various stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

My friends and i truly enjoyed our stay during our annual girls weekend! The condo is beautiful, well appointed, and the location can't be beat. We walked to several shops, great restaurants, beachside Cafe right next door which was great for lunch and a water view. In the evenings it was perfect to watch the sunset! Our hosts were very communicative with us and everything went smooth from booking our stay through check out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Walking into this gorgeous 2-bedroom condo, it's clean, modern and when you get to the living room, coming from a City girl that has to drive several hours to get a beach view, I didn't want to leave! Also, loved the fact that the condo is in a secure/gated building, so you can leave your vehicle at the property and walk to get something to eat/drink or catch the Jet Express, since you're just basically steps away from the dock--super convenient! We did spend a few days at the pool, it's very nice and relaxing, especially the hot tub with the tricky Ohio weather, but just like we have in Indiana. We also booked some online passes for the Jet Express to Put In Bay for a day and the ride there and back was gorgeous, especially at night. Whatever is on your agenda for Sandusky or one of the islands, staying at this condo, you could stay in and enjoy the views, maybe catch some live music on Jackson Pier and some food trucks outside your balcony view or get out and enjoy the very vibrant and welcoming nightlife the city has to offer. And whichever bedroom you sleep in after discovering Sandusky, etc., you're definitely going to sleep very well. The beds are very plush and comfy and the blankets are thick and warm. Both bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with the necessities, even sunscreen. The host was easy to reach before/after and made sure our stay was perfect--thank you for opening your "home" to us!

This is our 4th year staying in this unit. After driving 8 plus hour from CT David already has the welcome texts coming. When we get into the unit, always on time, we are greeted with a fridge that has fresh cold waters in it. The unit has coolers to use at Cedar Point or cruising down to the pool. The bedding and room are spectacular. This year was extra special due to music night on the pier. After a long day at Cedar Point we didnt feel like dealing with the crowd of people watching the band. So we took a chance, opened our balcony doors and found a working bug screen to enjoy the music from our room. We have stayed in numerous units Chesapeake Lofts and by far this is why we keep booking this room

Incredible accommodations. Everything was perfect from location to comfort. Made our stay in Sandusky the perfect place to enjoy the Ironman 70.3 race. Wouldn’t hesitate to return for a relaxing visit to the area any time of year. The host was awesome to work with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. A top property!

Sandusky weekend
Had a wonderful time. Few items, ice maker did not work. Only one towel for kitchen. There was no coffee. A suggestion would be to put some hooks on the bathroom door and hallway.
All in all we enjoyed the condo, pool, and location. Thank you.

We are familiar with at least 3 other units in the building and are very familiar with the area. Downtown Sandusky has pleasantly been changing over time so there is always more to experience.
This unit is outstanding! It was clean, clean, clean. The furniture was perfect for an easy, breezy vacation. Other units we stayed in had overwhelming furniture making it difficult to navigate around. This unit had comfy, like-home furniture. The beds were super comfortable with a duvet as soft as butter and provided a great night’s sleep. My in-laws raved about their bedding in the guest bedroom as well. For some reason, the bathrooms seemed larger in this unit. This could have been our imagination but with two bathrooms and 2 couples, we all agreed that they seemed larger.
The kitchen was very well appointed with everything a family needs to enjoy their stay including plenty of light weight dishes, mugs, glasses, and silverware. Dish wash soap, paper towels, and trash bags were available as well as fresh ground coffee, filters, sugar packets, and cream cups for your morning joe. Again, everything was sparkling clean. We were so impressed.
For our prior stays we always selected a lake view condo for our stay. This year, we switched it up and selected this dock view condo. What a pleasant surprise! We may never go back. This unit is on the second floor and provides a full view of the refurbished docks, Jackson Street Pier, and downtown, with a view of Lake Erie to the left and Cedar Point in the distance. With so much going on around the Pier, we were constantly entertained including the privilege of seeing two weddings. On the Sunday of our stay, the city of Sandusky provided a free concert by The Drifters at the Jackson Street Pier. It was a beautiful, cool evening with temps in the low 70s. We carefully opened the glass doors, shut the screens to keep out those pesky may flies, and enjoyed the concert. Afterwards, fireworks blasted off from the far end of the pier into Sandusky Bay. We had the best seats!!
The owners kept us informed every step of the way and checked in with us to make sure all was well. We definitely, definitely will be staying here again!

I took my daughter and a friend to Sandusky for her 18th birthday. The condo was so perfect for a time at Lake Erie! It was an easy drive to Cedar Point and we walked to the Jet Express to ferry to Put in Bay. I love how the condo looks over the park and the lake! The views were amazing and it was well stocked and wonderful! I had different questions and the owners were very attentive and helpful. I had to study while there and it was quiet and when I needed a study break, I walked downstairs and outside to stare at my favorite lake from a porch swing. Perfect!

Great Location!
This was an amazing location! Perfect for accessing Cedar point and surrounding islands. The hosts were super attentive to my needs and easy to communicate with. Took they’re recommendation on places to eat, met some amazing locals that gave us some insider info. Even got to go to Cedar Point for free because of an amazing local. Definitely going to return, had a blast.

Great location with beautiful views of the water. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Kelley's Island and Putt'n Bay are easy drives. My husband and I with our adult children had a great long weekend getaway.
