This new unit faces directly at Kelleys Island and has a 'Million Dollar View'. It's a 2 bed, 2 bath condo located at the Chesapeake Lofts Waterfront Paper District. This unit has the best view in the building. The waterfront view is a spectacular 180 degrees overlooking Lake Erie, Sandusky Bay with great view of Cedar Point. Great spot for family vacation to the lake, Islands, amusement park, or Sandusky community. This unit is close to restaurants and quaint shops in the heart of downtown. With 22' lofted Ceilings and a French balcony out to the water. Everything is brand new, Stainless Steel Appliances, Upscale Furniture, and Granite and Corian Counter tops, all within a 24 hr. secured access lakefront property. There is even complimentary full time access to the fitness center located within the complex. Rent a boat or bring one for Walleye fishing or Island hopping. Bring the jet skis, or tour the many islands by ferry with the Jet Express, which is steps from this complex.

Great place with an amazing view, worked out great for a week at / near Cedar Point. Communication with our host was very good, he is local and resolved the one small issue we had very quickly. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a blast in Sandusky. We visited for a Dance competition. This unit was everything that was advertised. Great views, clean, everything worked and the owner was awesome. He replied to every email i sent and contact us during our stay just to make sure everything was going good. He gave us suggestions on where to eat, what to see etc. We went with a group of about 20 families. I can say that we did not have 1 complaint about our place. You WILL enjoy your stay at this place!.
