Apartment is just like pictures Plenty of space for 4 adults. Location in super. On the bus system to both Deer Valley or PC mountain and Canyon to ski Underground parking for 2 cars and elevator to unit is very convenient. Fully equipped kitchen will bring out the chef in you. Hot tub is a great plus. Great communication with owner and quick to resolve any question. We will return. And so will you

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was the perfect place for a ski trip. Close enough to town to walk, and the bus routes to and from town were so easy. Hot tub was great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

My wife and I loved this unit for our month long stay in park city this summer. The location is great, 10 min walk or 5 min bus into PC. The unit was well stocked and Dee was readily available if there was ever anything we needed. Thanks again dee!

Great location with a wonderful host
The communication from the host was wonderful and made the trip very easy. The property was very well maintained. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed it every night. It was the perfect place to relax with a view of Deer Valley after a long day of skiing. The location is perfect. Bus stop right outside for Park City and across the street for Deer Valley. We rode the bus every day and it was only 3 minutes to Snow Park lodge. Covered garage under the property was also a plus for loading and unloading. We’ve stayed at several places near Deer Valley and this was our favorite. We actually booked for next year while still there.

We rented the unit for 5 days. The check in process was effortless. The location was excellent, and the owner was very easily accessible.
We had an issue with the heater not working in the downstairs bedroom. The outside weather was sub zero and the heater was not working. I informed the owner and she promptly had the property manager to check it out. He stated that the heating unit was working properly, but the temperature reading would not go above 62 degrees. Thanks God for extra blankets. I again informed the owner, and she asked the subcontractor to check it out. He did fix the downstairs heater but now we could not turn the heater off, in the upstairs bedroom and the temperature in the upstairs bedroom was at 83-84 degrees. Even switching the unit to cooler, would not work! We had to turn on the ceiling fan, and open a window in order to be able to sleep!
Other issues were with the hot tub jets not working, that the property manager fixed.
The BBQ was filthy and it seamed like it was not cleaned in months.
Additionally, make sure you take a soap bar and extra shampoo and conditioner with you.

There was used Q-tips and other garbage in the upstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom had the attic access exposed. This left a kind of creepy feeling. The TV in the downstairs bedroom didn't work. I texted the property manager about it and they never responded.

We loved our condo!!! Excellent location, close to Deer Valley and downtown Park City. We caught the bus to ski and to eat downtown everyday, which was literally right in front of the condo......super convenient! The underground parking was a bit tight, but didn't really use our car other than to and from the airport.
Comfortable beds and furniture and plenty of space for our family of 4! Loved having the hot tub to soak in every evening after a long day of skiing. The cover was a bit hard to manage with the small deck space, but loved having a hot tub nonetheless!
Overall, wonderful accommodations and family friendly. Thanks for another memorable ski vacation to Park City! Until next time......

The Unit was very clean and the complex was quiet. Hot tub was very nice. The Location is convenient and the indoor parking lot / ski locker were also very nice to have.
Only knock would be that both the beds/matrices were soft and uncomfortable. The pillows and bedding could also use an update.

Warm, cozy, great place to stay!!!
This was our second time staying at this property. The first time it was under different ownership. Both times, communication with the owners has been excellent. The current owner, Dee, is so nice and very professional in handling the rental agreement and so forth.
The convenience factor of this property cannot be beat. It is situated right on Deer Valley Drive, allowing for easy access if you ski exclusively at Deer Valley, or desire to ski Park City mountain. You can be parked, strolling along Main Street in PC literally within 4 or 5 minutes from leaving this property. And the same goes for if you're skiing at DV; you can be parked and on the premises within five minutes, as well. (And you can be at the DV Grocery Cafe in no time flat...which is a must!!!).
The ease of having an underground parking garage is perfect! Never have to worry about cleaning off a snow-covered car. The property / unit itself is warm and cozy. Plenty of space with a nice amount of privacy, as the two bedrooms are on separate floors. For this trip, it was only my son and I. We each had our own bedroom. However, I could see even two small families staying here. I believe the sofa was a pullout for sleeping. The kitchen is nice, a little tight with the size of the island, but overall, considerably nice compared to other rentals I've stayed in. If my memory serves me correct, the previous owners were chefs, therefore, they had installed a nice Dacor gas cooktop (love gas, that's what I'm used to cooking on). We loved having a fireplace that comes on with the flip of a switch. Also, the use of your own personal hot tub makes for a relaxing way to ease your muscles at the end of a long day skiing.
I do have a few things in mind that I think could be improved upon. The sleeping pillows (in my opinion) are ready for a change. They are either really flat or really worn down and quite lumpy. There wasn't a single towel for use in the kitchen, along with no pot holders. We had to use paper towels for everything. Thank goodness we didn't need to get anything out of the oven, as we never needed to use it...would have had to use a bath towel. Also, there was no towel in the half bath / powder room upon arrival. We ended up taking one from the upstairs bathroom. The Keurig coffee maker may need attention...it barely brews much coffee. Very minor issues, but could be improved upon. Everything else was wonderful! Would easily stay here again!
