Situated in Vilano Beach, this lovely condo for $300 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom condo with fireplace. This is located in the newest condo on the beach. This is for more sophisticated tastes and is very upscale. Handicapped accessible. The building has an elevator as well as a handicapped ramp that goes out to the dune to allow everyone to be able to enjoy the ocean. Shopping, restaurants and retail is within walking distance, along with jet ski and pontoon boat rentals.

The property is quiet and very nice. If you are looking for peace and comfort with family and kids to stay on beach, this is a nice place.

This condo is beautiful, and so conveniently located! Well stocked with spices in the kitchen, and plenty of games and beach accessories to keep us entertained. The only reason we are not able to give it a full 5-stars is because the home a LOT of bugs inside of it. Luann told us these are blind mosquitos and are harmless, but there were many of these that were creeping into the condo from the patio area (we did not keep the door open). Luann was not able to help us with the bugs since it was Memorial Weekend, so we vacuumed and cleaned up every morning to remove them, which was inconvenient and definitely an eye-sore.

We travel to Vrbo properties on a regular basis and we have never stayed anywhere so filthy and in disrepair as this condo. Travelers beware!

We would not rent here again. Decent property but I would compare cleanliness to a Motel 8. Dirty diaper found in one bathroom. Balcony door lock was broken. Reported to management as soon as we checked in. Manager just said “Thanks for letting me know” and did nothing about it.

With our expectations high, on our 50th wedding Anniversary, we weren't as much disappointed with the property as we were with the condition. Our immediate feelings were felt through the grout being very dirty in all the floor tile, and master bath shower. There was dust and dirt on the floor, as well as black dog hair from two renters before us. The vertical blinds wouldn't close in the dinning area and master bedroom. The handle broke on the master bathroom toilet on our first day, and the toilet was already broken before arrived. The shower head in the guest bath leaked. Then, much of the useable space available to us (closets, dressers, chests, and drawers) still had personal belongings from the owners. I did find the property manager to be very congenial, and responsive to our calls for help with the toilets. I had hoped to be able to go down to the beach, as I thought the walkway across the dunes was handicapped accessible on both ends, but it was not. I use a powered mobility chair, and while I could get across the narrow walkway, once to the end there was no place to leave my chair or would I be able to walk down the many steps. I barely had room to turn my chair around. Then, to matters worse, they had started a beach erosion program, for which a two mile long 30" pipe was placed along the beach; so if I had managed the walkway, I would never get over the pipe! Particularly bothersome was the attitude expressed by a permanent resident and his wife on our last day there. We were there for 10 days, and enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean, but were not happy with the condo.

The condo was great plenty of room, super clean and the patio gave great views of the ocean where we seen dolphins playing almost daily. We were even luck enough to witness some sea turtles hatch!!! Luann was the best host ever answered messages we had in a matter of minutes!! Thank you for such a great vacation!

This was our third time staying at this property. It is perfectly located near the grocery store and restaurants, yet the beach is still uncrowded and quiet. The condo has all the comforts of home, and we LOVE the outdoor living area! It has become our home away from home. We can’t wait for next summer!

We stayed in the condo for 4 nights and it was a perfect getaway! Our final day ended with dolphin sightings from the patio - epic.

We were very pleased with the unit. Very quiet small condo building (only 7 units). We had a couple of minor things that needed to be remedied, but Luann was great when I called to report them and fixed them quickly. The reason I gave a 4 * on the cleanliness...the tile floors needed a really good mopping. We could see dust all over the floor and two of the guys walked barefoot in the unit and their feet were black on the bottom. We found a dust mop and vacuum, but couldn't locate a broom until 3 days into our stay. Everything else was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.
Loved the location and the beach was very nice. Loved the nice large balcony overlooking the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view directly on the coast, well appointed, plenty of space and super fast response to our questions or needs. Large grocery store right down the road was a big plus. Also, a private boardwalk to the sea with plenty of beach along with a balcony with a great seating arrangement and a beautiful view of the sea and morning sunrises. Just a few minutes drive from downtown St. Augustine. Our trip was cut short due to the hurricane, but hope to return in the future.

Loved the condo. This was our second time at Seacrest and the first time in this unit. The only negative was how slow the water drained. With that aside we had a wonderful time. Very comfortable and well stocked with items needed for a fun packed week with family. Thank you.

Vilano Beach is my Happy Place
Love staying in Vilano Beach. To date this is the best rental we have stayed in. Well decorated and comfortable bedrooms, kitchen has high end appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Had lots of towels and pillows. Didn’t like the plastic cover on the master bed! But I get it but not great to sleep on! But my family said the other beds were very comfortable. The balcony area was a little dirty. We had to wipe it all down due to a special needs child all over it. The sliding doors on the patio didn’t close exactly great especially the screen very hard to slide. But overall all it was a beautiful place to stay. The agent Luann responded quickly to any concerns or questions so it was a fantastic place to vacation! Would definitely book it again!
