About this house rental

Stay in this completely remodeled oceanfront property with a heated pool and spa. The home is located in a gated community which is patrolled by security guards 24/7/365. The property has a huge lower deck with fire pit and steps down to the beach. Conveniently located approximately two miles south of Puerto Nuevo and five miles north of La Fonda you are centrally located for day trips to Rosarito, Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe (Mexico’s version of Napa Valley). Just added mini split air conditioning and heating. This home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed, a day bed (with two twin mattresses) its own bathroom and sliding doors out to the pool deck which has 180 degree ocean views. The second master bedroom also has a king bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is very small with bunk beds and has its own bathroom. The totally remodeled kitchen has custom granite counter tops and cabinets along state of the art appliances and all the cookware you would ever need for preparing your favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience and a barbecue grill is located just outside the living room area. The living room has ocean views a plush leather reclining couch and dining area that accommodates eight people. On the home entertainment front this house has it all! Flat screen TV’s in the living room and two of the bedrooms. High speed internet access, Netflix and a Bluetooth enabled audio system. Heating the pool is an additional expense (not included as part of the rental fee) that varies based on air temperature and the desired temperature of the pool water. Guest are able to monitor their usage by checking the propane tank gauge. Unlike other properties with hot tubs, at Casa Blanca there is no additional fee to heat the spa as it is heated with electricity. Single night rentals: Single night rentals will be approved during week nights and possibly on weekends if requested within 5 days of the requested arrival date. The property has a keyless entry system. Twenty hours prior to your arrival date you will receive an email with the PIN codes to access the property. Requests to have weddings or other special events at this property will not be accepted. PROPANE IMPORTANT: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR THE LEVEL OF THE PROPANE REGULARLY DURING YOUR STAY. The large white tank is located in the car port area. Propane is an additional expense which is not included as part of the rental fee. Heating the pool will cost approximately $20-$35 a day during the summer months but will cost more during the winter months depending on the air temperature. The cost is $50 for every 10% used. We recommend turning off the pool heater off before you go to bed for the evening. Please notify the property manager if the tank gets to 40% or less. In the event the tank empties you will no longer have hot water, the ability, to dry clothes or to heat the stove or oven. There will be no credits or deductions from your rental fee if this happens. If you are unsatisfied with the water temperature after heating the pool for a period of time and decide to abandon the process before achieving the desired temperature you are STILL responsible for the cost of the propane. Therefore, we recommend closely monitoring the propane level and water temperature during the first couple of hours of the heating process. There is no propane cost for using the above ground spa. It is heated with electricity. IF YOU PLAN ON HEATING THE POOL YOU MUST BRING CASH TO PAY THE PROPANE COMPANY TO FILL THE TANK. THE COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. YOU CANNOT APPLY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT FUNDS TOWARDS PROPANE. YOU CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH LUIS THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO HAVE TO PROPANE DELIVERED. IF YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND HAVE NOT PAID FOR THE PROPANE USED THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $50 FEE BILLED AGAINST YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. EXTRA GUESTS - There is a $40 per person/per night fee for any guests over six people up to a maximum of 10 guests. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUNDS FOR EXTRA GUESTS IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND. YOU CAN ALWAYS INCREASE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BY NOTIFYING ME IN ADVANCE AND MAKING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. LARGE GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE PEOPLE MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT. You and your guests will be counted by the security guard when you arrive into the community. If you arrive with additional guests that have not been approved in advance they will not be allowed into the community. Only guests that are staying at the property will be allowed into the community. VEHICLE INFORMATION AND DRIVING TO THE PROPERTY- Within 48 hours of completing your reservation you are required to provide the make, color and license plate of each vehicle that will be entering the community during your stay. If this information is not provided you will not be allowed to access the property and no refunds will be allowed as a result of the inconvenience you may incur by not providing this information. YOUR RESERVATION INCLUDES PARKING FOR 3 VEHICLES. THERE IS A $25 PER VEHICLE CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL VEHICLES TO ACCESS THE COMMUNITY. OTHER POLICIES - There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for excessive noise. Quiet Hours are from 9pm-10am. You must have prior written approval by the Host in order to have visitors to the property. Failure to provide notice will be grounds for immediate termination of your property rental and you will be asked to leave the property without receiving any refunds. You will also forfeit all security deposit funds held by VRBO/HOMEAWAY or the Host. You are required to complete a separate online rental agreement. You will not be provided the access codes to the property if the online agreement is not submitted. PARKING- You must park your vehicles in the car port area. Not on the street. If you have more than two vehicles the other two vehicles must be parked across the street in the guest "green" guest parking area. NO REFUNDS OR EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE RELATING TO THE PUBLISHED CANCELLATION POLICY. PLEASE SEND INQUIRIES IN ENGLISH.

We really enjoyed our stay very clean and spacious home with all the essentials more than what I had expected, it’s a very safe gated private community, Luis was very tentative to any need we had , can’t wait to return best experience in rosarito we will return soon for sure !

The views are amazing! The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our party of 14. It was clean and ready for our stay when we arrived. The property manager replied to a question I had within 2 minutes, which was great! Overall we were very happy with our stay.

TOO many rules. Felt like we were walking on eggshells with all the rules that were in place. Throwing out the trash should be part of the pay for clean up not $50 if you leave the trash there. Also the doors and beds squeak. 4th bedroom is the size of a closet with 2 bunk beds. Other than that the Views from the house are amazing though and the pool and hot tub with the ocean in the back was pretty awesome. We saw dolphins. The kitchen is very nice. The host was responsive even though it was mostly one word answers.

This is my second time staying at Casa Blanca & it was everything I remembered in the best way! Our host Luis was very responsive & helped us with so many things; transportation, getting ice, recommendations, etc. There were 10 of us & we enjoyed every moment! The house itself is beautiful as well!! I highly recommend Casa Blanca. :)
