Situated in Breckenridge, this charming house for $125 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. A private home located at 68 Reliance Drive, in the French Creek historic area of Breckenridge, Colorado. The home is less than 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, supermarket, liquor store, Breckenridge recreation center and ski area gondola. Within 200 yards there is a free bus shuttle to downtown, the ski area and other locations. This is a comfortable, roomy vacation home which offers the convenience of parking (2 vehicles allowed) near the front door. The location offers a magnificent view of the mountains and ski runs. The accommodations include a master bedroom (queen bed) with bath, two other bedrooms (queen bed and two twin beds) with adjoining bath, and convertible sleeping sofa. There is ample seating, a well-stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, cable HDTV, WiFi, Weber grill and other amenities (see list below). A wood-burning fireplace, with wood supplied, adds to the charm. I will agree with past reviews that the house is a bit dated. That said, if you are looking for a solid place to jam in the vertical this is your place. The house was stocked with all needed items and while we only utilized the kitchen for breakfast it was more than adequate for preparing meals. The views of Breck from the back deck = awesome. Great place to crash and prepare for lots of mountain time.

Our family of four stayed here in 2020 and returned this year to recreate and build new memories. We love this house especially sitting out back listening to the creek, looking at the mountains and having coffee, sharing a meal, playing games and stargazing. The neighborhood is relaxed and gets us away from the bustle of Main Street but still so close to be there in minutes. Within walking distance of the Breck bike path and the free bus. We can’t wait to return again!

The house is not big, but it has a very efficient and functional layout. It was very clean and well equipped. It has a convenient location and a very nice view. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We are a group of friends that have been skiing together for 51 years and make annual visits to Summit County. The property was as expected, older, but a value. No complaints. Close proximity to Breck. Facility had comfortable beds, two bathrooms and a serviceable kitchen. All the things we needed were there. We were granted "quiet enjoyment" of the property during our stay. Thank you.

The house was just as advertised. Extremely clean inside with everything needed for our family of 5(2 adults, 3 kids). The gondola lot was only a mile or so up the road and also very close to everything in town. The view was amazing and grill worked great as well. I

We came to ski and visit with family. It was ideal for 6 of us over the weekend, with plenty of towels and space for socialising. The two bathrooms were a godsend, and there were a lot of extras provided. Rick was readily available for communication which was helpful when we needed directions to the Rec Centre. We really enjoyed our stay and think it is great value for money. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

The house is great value and the location is on the bus route close to town. It does get hot during sunny days in the summer, but with the windows open the house cools down at night. The furniture isn’t new and the panelled walls make it a bit dreary. But what can you expect at this price? We’ve stayed before and will probably do so again.

Despite the fluctuating weather we were blessed with wonderful ski conditions and were able to ski Breck, Vail, and Keystone. Had we been just a bit more adventurous Beaver Creek would have made the list, but being that Breck was right there, we spent more time skiing those wonderful slopes. The house is written up exactly as it is and the pictures are also exactly what you get. The view off the deck it perfect as well. Rick was super communicative when necessary. We would have no issues renting this place again if we are fortunate enough to come back to Breckenridge in the future. Many thanks for sharing your home Rick.

Decor might be outdated but home is incredibly cozy; heats up and maintains warmth in the cold. Pots, pans, utensils made it easy for making breakfast and lunch. Bus stop is only a five minute walk and one of the route stops is right in front of the Breckenridge Gondola. Love the carpeted bathrooms. Great value on the stay.
