Located in Canyon Lake, this charming house for $607 per night is a great option for your next trip. 4/3.5 Home. Sleeps 10. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen, Twin. 3rd bedroom: Queen, Twin. 4th bedroom: Queen. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. New carpet upstairs and new floors downstairs in March 2023! Very few Canyon Lake homes have such a perfect lake access! This fabulous home is located on 2 acres with a paved path to the gentle shoreline at water’s edge that is perfect for swimming and water fun. The easy slope into the crystal clear water is superb for adults and children of all ages. The boat launch is approximately one mile away, less than a 5 minute drive. This house is a 10 minute drive to tube the Guadalupe River at Sattler and 15-20 minutes to Schlitterbahn Water Park, the historic city of Gruene, the famous Gristmill restaurant and Gruene Hall. The 2 story home offers 2450 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and beds for 10. The large master bedroom, located on the main floor, has a King size bed and private master bath. A second master bedroom upstairs has a Queen size pillow top bed, a twin bed, and a private bath. The third bedroom has a Queen size pillow top bed, a twin pillow top, with a full bath close by. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with high quality linens. Spectacular lake views can be enjoyed from both the living area as well as from the fully equipped open concept kitchen area. The house also has indoor/outdoor surround sound with Bluetooth capability. Enjoy the music, spectacular sunsets, and comfortable patio furniture while grilling on the large covered deck. Gather around the firepit and soak in the views! This perfect vacation home is not only located right on the lake, but has a pool table, gazebo, and so much more to add to your vacation fun! Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5 vehicles and one boat at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. Our party of 7 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay at Blue Diamond Retreat! The house is a great size, especially the back patio. We had a lovely time enjoying the views and deer! The kitchen has plenty of amenities if you choose to stay in and cook. The bed linens in the upstairs bedrooms seem a little worn. Overall we all had a fabulous stay!

Very clean with plenty of room! My husband and I brought our two daughters and their friends for Memorial Day weekend. The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bathrooms had plenty of bath towels. Our favorite part was watching all of the deer in the yard.

Great Spacious Lake location!
The place is exactly as listed. The property is large but there is a house just to the left of the patio but we were kinda loud and raucous and they didn't mind. It easily sleeps 10, lots of beds everywhere and a well equipped kitchen. Had a sit down dinner for 11 easily. Walk down to the gazebo and water was a paved sloped path. Not too steep, but we took our time with my 80 yo mom coming back up. The lake entry was gentle sloping and sandy with some rocks, a dock and ladder would be helpful to those with tender feet. The water was clear and swimmable even in October. Patio was a great place to hang out with lots of seating options. Digital lock check in was pain free. WiFi worked great once we found the correct password on the binder in the entrance table. The patio has the right combo of view and shade. Only caveat is that the house seems to have one AC and a whole house fan so I am not sure how well it can keep the three upper bedrooms cool in August. We had no issues during our stay. Would rent again.

When we were all fully vaccinated we started looking for places that we could relax and have fun together and we found this property. The house was large enough to fit all of us comfortably with a huge back porch looking into the lake. There were other houses nearby but the little cove we were on was quiet and private. We started planning our next Girls Weekend the moment we got there.

Beautiful home on a beautiful lake!! Great place to gather all the grown children. Walking down to the water and back was a task for our 70+ year old mom and my father in law. If you have elderly parents or really small kids it is quiet the work out.! But it was a perfect spot to Paddlleboard as you are in a little protective cove. We will be back!
