Beautiful lake views galore welcome you with your first step inside! The open great room with cathedral ceiling, large windows and a cozy fireplace is spacious and airy. You will enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen while your friends sit at the full length granite counter sipping coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail. A full size washer and dryer is located in the walk in pantry off the kitchen. Our home is perfect for families and friends as it comfortably sleeps 8. Wake up in a comfortable king size bed to a spectacular view of the lake in the large and new luxurious master suite with walk-in shower and double sinks. Our spacious guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed with an attached full bathroom. Upstairs enjoy the comforts and views of the large loft with a queen bed and fold out twin. Internet is accessible throughout the house. Relax outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Explore the lake in one of our kayaks or rent a pontoon boat or jet skis from Lake Keowee Boat Marina... it is a quick four minute boat ride from our private cove. You are welcome to tie up your boat on the side of our boat dock. Happy hour is best served after a refreshing outdoor shower! In the evenings, enjoy stories and s'mores with family and friends at the fire pit or sipping wine on the deck overlooking gorgeous Lake Keowee. A short drive will take you to magnificent hiking trails, parks, cute mountain villages, exhilarating white-water rafting sites, zip lines, and breathtaking waterfalls. Greenville, Cashiers, Brevard, and Highlands are great nearby cities to visit. Best of all, we are only 12 miles from fun filled Clemson! Perfect home and location for our families Christmas getaway. This home is perfectly situated for exploring the many wonderful areas around Seneca...most less than an hour away. We were easily able to do many waterfall hikes, visit the Biltmore, Greenville and Clemson. The home was a perfect place to rest after busy days and offered a spacious living area to relax with perfect lake views. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals at the house. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Master bathroom has a fantastic large shower. Fire pit was perfect for chilly nights with s'mores! Highly recommend. We can't wait to return in the summer to experience all the lake activities.

I was already sold by the beautiful picture was blown away in person! Everything from location, views, scenary were amazing! My family and i decided to do our first getaway Thanskgiving. Having done so in this beautiful home that was super comfy, feeling like we are still at home was amazing. We had everything we needed, the house was beautifully decorated and did not feel like a rental, it felt like home. Amazing views and location right on the lake. The lake was clean and clear waters. Not only did we cook Thanksgiving dinner and spend the day, we were able to go to many different hikes and see many waters all within a short distance. The downtown was cute and decorated with Christmas lights. We had blast and definitely want to come back in the summer to enjoy some swimming in the lake along with water activities. Communication was aways there within minutes and answered any questions. Thank you so much from my family to yours!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, laid out well and very clean. The location was perfect for us, close enough to Clemson yet far enough away to get out of the congestion. The lake provided much needed peace and quiet. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at this lovely home again!

Very convenient location for Clemson Weekend. Twenty minutes from stadium down Hwy 123. We enjoyed using the kayaks that were provided and had a nice evening sitting around the fire pit. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We would plan to stay there again!

The owner was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our trip. We unfortunately had to cancel our trip at the last minute due to a medical issue and did not get to stay. I had however driven by the property on my prior trip to Senecca and it is in a lovely cove and looks just like the pictures. We plan on booking this property in the future when we visit again. I would highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance, you never know what will arise, and they were easy to work with.

We stayed for 4 nights in late March while visiting colleges with our daughters in the Clemson area. The home was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. The lake views are more beautiful in person. The home and scenic lake front location was just what we needed to disconnect from work and school and simply relax. We very much enjoyed having cocktails on the dock and enjoyed the beautiful lake. Cannot wait to visit again in the warmer weather. Thank you Sharon for being an exceptional host. The house was stocked with everything we needed.

The Margiotta Lake House is absolutely wonderful.....it's a home that is fully stocked with everything you need to feel like you're at home, unlike so many rentals with just the minimums. From the boat dock to the kayaks to the yard and board games to the home stereo system, to the ingredients to make s'mores, the home had everything you need for a great vacation. The home was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our group of six. Sharon was absolutely wonderful to work with. It was a perfect weekend and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice and had everything we needed. I feel like it held our family of 5 comfortably. Our kids loved all the games they had. We brought our boat and were easily able to tie it up and use it. The dock was also great and well kept. The owners were easily available if we had any questions.

Great for football weekend
My husband and I stayed at the house with our daughter, son-in-law (both Clemson grads) and our toddler grandson. The house was very convenient, very well stocked and supplied, and immaculately clean. It was particularly nice to find some extras (saran, foil, and such) and we added a few items to replace some we used. Thank you so much for sharing your home! And Clemson won!

Real gem of a lake home
We rented for a Clemson football weekend and the home was wonderful. All of our communications with Sharon were great and she provided plenty of recommendations for dinning. The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The back deck is fabulous with nice views of the lake. I enjoyed my morning coffee down on the dock. Our only regret was we could not spend more time there.

Amazing
I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Sharon went above and beyond to make our stay glorious. The house and property are second to none - very clean and very well equipped. I covet much of the decor and the shower. Everything was so relaxing. We sat out on the back deck and the boat dock. We stand-up paddleboarded right out of the back door. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely lake house. It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

This was our first visit to Lake Keowee. It is absolutely beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat for the week So we could explore the lake. We went to the waterfall the jumping rock and had picnic on the islands. Each night we went out to the middle of the lake and watched the sunset.
The house had everything you need and more. We enjoyed the kayaks for peaceful rides up and down the coves.
The table on the deck was perfect for large meals and especially in the morning sipping coffee and looking at the lake!
During the day when we were not out in the boat we hung out on the dock and swam in the water. After sunset we went down to the dock and watched for satellites and did stargazing.
I recommend this house.It has everything you need and is set up for fun and relaxation.
