Situated in Playa Del Rey, this lovely condo for $170 per night is a great option for your next break. 2 bdr/1 bath. May cancel with refund for any reason after 7 days. Full kitchen with Brand new refrigerator and dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. Equipped with microwave, stove, oven and all pots, pans and dishes. Coffee maker with all accessories. Brand new chairs covers and linens.. Sleeps 5-6. Very family friendly. 1 room with queen bed; 1 room with twin bed & trundle bed; Living room has a very comfortable pull out King Sofa bed. Outside private patio with table and chairs, plus BBQ.. Also includes beach chairs, beach towels, volley and basket balls, boogie boards and other beach accessories. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water to shower off after swimming in the Ocean. Walk to 10 restaurants and 12 bars. We leave all menus for local establishments. Free WiFi and Direct TV. Air conditioner in Master Bedroom and Living room. 5 minutes from LAX, Marina del Rey and Silicon Beach businesses. Bicycle rentals across the street at Playa Provisions. Also, many electric scooters all over Playa del Rey. Bike path from Redondo Beach to Santa Monica passes steps away. Hablamos Espanol.

Weekend in LA

Good location between Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach. Property could use some updates. Parking was a challenge at times. Close to beach and they had towels, chairs, etc to use. Decent lower cost restaurants within walking distance. Beds were so so. Overall, it worked out fine.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in The Jungle. The location was great, everything was as outlined. Property was clean. The only slight issue is you can have some parking issues. Not too bad so that it would make the stay not fun. We would definitely return. The property managers were very nice and accommodating.

This was our third time here in less than a year. The hosts are wonderful and quick to respond. Having grown up nearby I am biased, but the location is perfect for our purposes - close to family, the beach, bike path, restaurants & bars. Always enjoy staying here!

This is our second time staying here, our first was last December (2018). Jon & Lindsey are excellent hosts - very accommodating and responsive. Really enjoy coming back to this area since it is near where I grew up & went to school. It is the kind of place you can park it & enjoy the beach, local restaurants, & bars. Or, if you prefer, go & explore other parts of L.A.

Walking barefoot out of the house, 10 second walk to the beach. Awesome location, nice restaurant and cafe across the street. We all slep well, since it is quiet at night. House is really well equipped. Beach chairs, boggie boards, everything we needed was there, and more.

We had a great time! Wicked close to the beach, bars, restaurants n coffee shops. About an hour from six flags. We had a full house with kiddos and it was perfect

Great beach location!

We spent a wonderful week at this location. Location has perfect beach access. We loved daily walks along the beach trail, biking the path, and playing in the ocean. We had all the supplies we needed to make meals and enjoy the beach and ocean. We appreciated the great property and hospitality.

Jon and Lyndsey were great hosts!! They were so friendly and very kind to my daughters which meant a lot. We felt welcomed. The apartment was so clean. There was coffee, snacks and even laundry detergent. Everything is so close -great restaurants and a little market. The apartment even provide coolers, chairs and sand toys. We ever get back to Playa Del Rey we will definitely stay again!!

What a wonderful place right at the beach. Nice people, clean place and everything you could need or maybe forgot. We didn’t get to spend much time there because we were meeting lots of family members elsewhere so can’t wait to go back. Thanks Jon & Lindsey

We really enjoyed ourselves here. Playa del Rey is a low-key area, and being this close to the beach was relaxing. It's pretty easy, relatively speaking, to see the LA sights from here, too. The apartment itself had some nice small touches, e.g., very good water pressure and soft sheets, that made it comfortable. And the owners are quite hospitable -- stayed up until 1 AM to meet us after our delayed flight.

This place is perfect for very close beach access and to all LA attractions. If you are looking for a 5 star luxury hotel then this is not the place for you. It is an affordable place for families to enjoy it all. We went to Dockweiler Beach and had a bonfire, enjoyed walks on the beach each day, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, LACMA, The Broad Museum, Sunset Strip, Hollywood Blvd, Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, and drove up the Coastline. All in 4 days while still saving money with meals having a kitchen. Accommodations could use some updating but having EVERYTHING else you need makes it easy to see past that. The hosts provide snacks, laundry detergent, beach gear, games, and kitchen essentials. We would definitely go back.

Excellent location and set-up for a family beach getaway with something for everyone!

Jon and Lindsey were excellent hosts. The property is literally steps from the beach and a number of restaurants. Our kids (3-5 years old) had a great time going to the beach and the room they had was perfect for them. We loved having the full kitchen as it made it easier, and more cost effective, for us to cook meals and spend time at the home rather than having to go out every meal. We will certainly go back here next time we head to the LA area!
