If you are looking for a ROMANTIC OR RELAXING get away with your family, our beautifully appointed unit is directly over the beach - so close you can hear the sea gulls calling and the waves lapping against the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Not only can you enjoy this panoramic vista from the spacious balcony, but it can also be viewed through the ceiling to floor window wall in the spacious living room. The master bedroom also overlooks this spectacular scene, so you can lie in bed and enjoy!
Edgewater boasts more amenities than any other Panama City Beach resort. We have vacationed for many years at EBR and were fortunate to finally acquire a condo of our own. NO other PCB resort has an 11,500 square foot lagoon pool laden with lush tropical plants and towering palms. There are three other pools on the property (two of which are heated) and four large hot tubs. Adjacent to the lagoon pool is Ocean's Restaurant. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the bar serves all your favorite drinks until late each evening. During Spring Break and in the summer, there is also a Pizza Hut by the Lagoon Pool and a couple of other eateries. If you need pampering, there is a spa and beauty salon on site. Plus there's an exercise room if your goal is keeping off those vacation pounds :-)
On the beach you will find jet ski rentals, parasailing, or you can brave the big banana. Golfers and tennis players need only to walk across the street to EBR's own golf course and tennis courts. Within a couple of miles of the resort you will find Shipwreck Island (a huge waterpark), dinner cruises, Shell Island, night clubs, Gulf World, a state park, sport fishing, and fabulous Pier Park.
Everything you need to help you relax and unwind can be found at Edgewater Beach Resort either on the property or within a short walking distance. We love our condo and Edgewater, and we are sure that you will too!

The host was very responsive with any questions we had. The condo was in a great location with very easy access to the beach. There were no big crowds on the beach right in front of condo since this was a smaller condo unit.

After so many years coming to PCB We wanted to try Edgewater Resorts, Leeward (building) might be one of the older ones but it was very convenient to park, to get to our condo (4th floor). The premises were clean and well maintained. We loved the fact that it was not too crowded!!! Our Condo was colorful, clean, priceless view, our host was very attentive. The elevator and trash chut are conveniently across from our condo. Also we were able to get out (ONLY) through the back gate instead of going back to the main entrance. To come back in you have to go through the main entrance.We had an amazing time, the weather was perfect!!! there’s a restaurant by the Lagoon pool area (food is good) also if you’re a golfer Edgewater Resort it’s your location… It’s a par 3 but fun!We can’t wait to come back!

Tammy,our host, always answered our e-mails/phone calls. She made it easy , and condo rules were to the point. The view was perfect if you like to watch the waves, see the beautiful clean colors ,and not see a bunch of people in front of you. A great way to experience the awesome complex amenities but go back to Tammy's for a more peaceful place to relax. We will be back.
