The beach is accessible by walking across the street to a public walkway. There are two pools on the grounds, There is WiFi and cell phones are encouraged, there+is no unit landline. There are Two King bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and other with shower and tub combo. There is a Pull out sofa (queen) bed in the living room. This unit is good for 6 people maximum. There is Assigned parking for one vehicle. Additional parking in overflow across street. There are Gated entrances and gated pools. View Marlin Quay Marina from 2nd floor balcony. A short walk to ocean's public beach, as well as the Gulfstream Restaurant. The following items are not included: washer detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper products, soap, nor garbage bags. Please arrange for those supplies. PLEASE NOTE *At least two weeks prior to your stay, provide owner with your preferred mailing address to receive gate pass in advance of your visit, as well as check -in instructions. Check in is self check-in and is after 4:00 pm on departure no later than 10:00 am . These times are firm to allow cleaner the full six hours to clean. Sorry , but NO pets or other animals are allowed by the Rules of the Marlin Quay Homeowners Association. Golf carts and motorcycles are not allowed for renters.
