About this house rental
Nestled in Gilbert, this lovely house for $224 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a perfect place for families to gather together and make memories!! Ping Pong table and lots of space! 3 Kings, 1 Queen & 4 Twin beds plus air mattresses. Huge 4 bedroom plus open den with 2 twin XL plus loft plus master sitting room with queen bed plus private pool (not heated). Heated Community pool is within walking distance! Water splash pad for children, volleyball court & Basketball court are also close by. Green belt directly to the East with walking paths, playground with covered patio tables. Sleeps 20 people. (Sleeps 12 in beds) (Max adults 14 at all times) There is a large dining room with TV off the kitchen and breakfast area inside the kitchen with a high table with 8 chairs. All beds are high quality firm with pillow top and we have terrific feedback from guests about the beds. Upstairs the huge main bedroom has a king bed and a sitting room with a queen bed. Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Upstairs Bedroom 3 has a King bed. Upstairs Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. On main level downstairs open den with privacy curtain has 2 twin XL mattresses Additional 4 queen air mattresses with gel foam toppers for comfort easily fit in the master, loft, and living room. Spacious backyard with a private pool. (not heated) There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the great weather during the winter! Portable pool fence kept in the garage available for guest to use. Grassy park is directly behind the home and a common area walkway is on one side. Walkway leads to the park. Only one home borders the property. Free WiFi/Free wireless internet with Verizon and The "Ultimate Package" with Direct TV Streaming provided on Roku. Roku also offers: Netflix, HBO Max, Tubi, Discovery +, Peacock, Youtube, Pluto TV, Paramount, Distro TV, Direct TV, IHeart, Discovery GO, History channel and so much more! Sorry, no pets allowed. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time) No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available and overflow parking is at the end of the block at the park. Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 14 adults at any time. There is a limit of 8 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. Please provide a working phone number so we can call you to exchange information and confirm your reservation over the phone. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. Additional guest fee above 12 total guests is $10 per guest per night. ALSO: Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool. If removed the system will overheat quickly and cause a $700 meltdown.

While this property will hold up to 20 people, we only had four who stayed there, so there was more room than we needed. Still, the property was excellent for our purposes. There were cooking utensils in abundance (even some condiments and food were there). Any questions we had were responded to promptly. There was even a membership card for discounts at a local supermarket.
The pool was great for a dip, just dangling your feet in the water or sitting and watching the waterfall work. This setting provided an excellent experience. On a scale of 1 to 5, this rates a 6. A great place to spend a day or more!!!

Everything was great except downstairs window wouldn’t lock so we were scared to sleep over night until I could get a lock for the window.
All the vents upstairs were closed couldn’t figure out why it was so warm up there. Had to get the ladder and open them all.
The home is big and nice and clean.
We had a birthday party approved with some teenagers. They swam maybe 20 minutes and of course they were laughing and playing and noticed neighbor coming out and staring at the house. That was the only time we were outside.
Was told pool key is missing to community pool and would be charged $75. Although we never used the community pool
I mean we rented this house because it has a pool no reason to go to another pool. I suppose one of the kids could have taken it but I am not sure why the would nor did I ever even notice a pool key card anywhere
Also quite the interrogation before you’re approved to stay there. Which was odd. I’ve rented maybe 10 times with VRBO and this was a first

We were in town for family wedding house is very spacious, clean and comfy beds. Manager quick to respond to issues. Only issue was trash cans 1 completely full other half way. 2 of 4 tvs we could not get working owner offered to replace but we were busy getting ready for wedding. 2 working tvs was ample for us. Recycle bin 2/3 full. Luckily we got there and the trash was not picked up so we put it out. Things happen.We would stay here again!

We've stayed at this house before so we knew what to expect. We like the area a lot. The community pool was closed for repairs, but we used the house pool almost every day. Had an issue with the pool vacuum, but had a fast response from manager. Found multiple dirty utensils. Overall the house was clean though.

We loved the spaciousness of this house! It had so many rooms to sleep our family. The pool was great with lots of seating for us to hang. The waterfall was a nice relaxing feature and it was fun to pluck fresh citrus from the fruit trees. The house was very well stocked with towels, linens, condiments and extras in the kitchen. There are walking paths around the neighborhood right next door so that made a morning walk easy. I might suggest packing an eye mask as it gets light early. The master bedroom has blinds but it doesn’t stay dark enough if you like to sleep in. Would definitely recommend this house!

We had an amazing week long stay at the house! It was large enough to accommodate our entire group. We had multiple meals together and with a park close by, we could entertain them for hours. It was very close to everything we needed and we hope to be back again next year!

We stayed at the house with friends for a long weekend. The house had a great kitchen, backyard and TV room for teen and adult hangouts. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and centrally located. There are walking trails throughout the neighborhood and the house is 15 min from the airport. Hiking was 30-40 min away.
The property management and owner were responsive. Please note, the primary bedroom and twin bedroom downstairs don’t have doors.

Overall the property worked for our group. There was a big leak of some sort in the dining room. We woke up after our first morning and saw part of the ceiling had falling to the floor. We were able to talk with the property manager and was told they would take a look once we left.
I have stayed at a number of rental properties and the check out requirements were more than usual. Asked to clean and put away all dishes. Most ask is to just load the dishwasher of all dishes. We were also asked to empty all garbage throughout the house. Most places I stay just ask us to throw out any extra garbage. We do pay a cleaning fee and feel some of the requirements were a bit much.
It was cold when we went so unfortunately we didn’t get to benefit from the pool.

First off check in was a breeze. We flew into Mesa and it was a15 minute drive to the house. The house had plenty of space for our large group. The pool in the back yard was quit cool as it is not heated but it was a short walk to the community pool from the house and this pool is heated. It would have been nice to have had a type of fire place in the back yard as the mornings and evenings are cool in December.. There is ample towels including pool towels. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store and shopping. I was very satisfied with our stay here and would definitely rent again.

We were a small group of 8(4 moms and 4 teenage daughters), and the house was plenty big enough for everyone to spread out . We had a couple hiccups but the property manager was quick to respond . The fruit trees were amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and anything you may need to cook any meal. Wish the house had one more shower, but it was still amazing. Would stay here again .

The house provides full kitchen supplies. Pool towels. Everything you need is there lots of room for everyone. Ping pong table was a bonus. We used one of the blue up beds for one of the children in the master bedroom

The property was very clean, with plenty of kitchen utensils but they did not have a wine opener, now they do, (we got one for the next guest), the pool is nice and clean, and the community pool is also nice.
When you call the supper host, they return your call in minutes, amazing service,
Also if someone like Casino is 20 minutes away and they building a newone in Chandler probably 10 minutos away.

Great location for a family reunion with 19 family members. Plenty of room to spread out. The pool , park and lake were a hit. Accommodations and property were as listed. We had a few hick ups with our stay and the host worked through all of them to our satisfaction. Responses from them were quick and timely. Will recommend this property to friends and family.

Amazing!!!
This rental is big, spacious and beautiful. However, I am disappointed that my family spent time sweeping dead flies off the kitchen and dining room floors upon arriving. I had to clean the grill before we used it. The management team offered to replace it but I was already halfway cleaning. Seems they were more reactive than proactive. Despite all that, we had a WONDERFUL family reunion of 19 individuals. We grilled, feasted, dipped in the pool and just enjoyed being together. Amazing!!! At the end of the day, the whole family pitched in to clean up the house before they left.

We were very happy with this VRBO. Communication was great as well. Any time I had a question they were very quick to respond. Our daughter got married in Phoenix and we had plenty of room for out of town family. The pool was a hit as well.
