Two bedroom/one bath condo in 'The Breakers' on the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Small (450 sqft) and perfect. Short walk to shops and restaurants and steps to the beach.
Two queen beds. Sofa bed provides addition sleep space. Bring your own towels and linens. Two chairs and an umbrella reserved on beach during summer season.
Second floor walk-up right off the beach. This unit is on the back of the building facing West (limited ocean view - "peek-a-boo") and has a very nice balcony for relaxing and watching the sunset. Includes parking lane for two/three cars, outdoor showers, WiFi, well equipped kitchen and access to nice guest washer/dryer in outbuilding.
A $500 dollar refundable fee will be collected separately prior to arrival. It will be returned when cleaners confirm the place is in good order.

This was such a wonderful place to stay for myself, my wife, and my two daughters (4 and 1 y/o). It is immediately adjacent to the beach and has quick and easy access. That came in handy when the 1 year old ate sand and needed to go back to the room quickly. The room also has access to an outdoor shower with a water hose, that made it easy to clean ourselves and our beach toys! The enormous covered porch was great for storing anything wet. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was a multitude of beach accessories available in the room. It is a 5 minute walk to the town's center where you can access anything you need. The parking and check in was also easy and intuitive.

Would be very convenient for a parent with a little kid. A bit dark and not ideal if there is rain and you can't get out although ggreat for proximaty to beach and boardwalk.
