Nestled in Jupiter, this charming condo for $199 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Well appointed Jupiter Bay two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with Screened patio room overlooking a running trail and Carlin park. Beautiful beach is only a 400 yard walk away. Unit was recently renovated and a new marble kitchen counter top and upgraded cabinetry.sports. It also includes newer leather furniture, tile flooring, carpeting in the bedroom and granite bath and shower Flat screen, smart TV's are available in both the family and bedroom (2)area's. along with high speed internet. The well maintained resort community sports two pools, a hot tub as well as tennis and bocce courts. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach or around the beautiful lake and waterfall area on the west side of the property. cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Adjoining Carlin Park has a running track, bocce courts, as well as lit tennis courts and an amphitheater. All that you could possibly need is just minutes away; shopping, movie theaters, a fitness center and live theater and great restaurants. For more intense shoppers, the Gardens mall and "Downtown" in West Palm Beach are fa short car ride away. Twenty five minutes away you will find the West Palm Beach Airport and City Place, a very popular shopping, restaurant and night life area. You will also be in close proximity to the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. For children you have the Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park. If you fancy a day trip Orlando and Disneyworld is just over two hours away and Miami is only 90 miles south. Charter fishing boats are available at the Jupiter inlet as well as cruising boats for those who prefer a lazy cruise up the intra coastal admiring all the beautiful homes and boats and the famous Jupiter lighthouse. The Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. For the golfers we have too many courses to mention including the PGA. Arrived at the property which was not cleaned by the service. Contacted the owner who promptly found out that the unit was accidentally skipped over but that the cleaning service had already left the premises. He quickly found me a unit in the adjacent building which I occupied until Monday when the cleaning service was back on site and then I moved back into the original property. The owner gave me a $60 credit. I thought he handled the situation well and to my satisfaction.

The rental looks out onto a walking loop at a park. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. We saw lots of beautiful birds in the park and played in the surf at the beach. Nearby, was more good birding and lots of good restaurant choices.

We had stayed at this condo before and have stayed in the complex several times. We just booked it again for the same week next year. This condo is a great size for our family with two bedrooms and two baths and a large sectional in the living area that is plenty long for sleeping and has reclining sections. This is a new addition since we stayed 2 years ago and the large tv in that area is also new. Also a new mattress in master bedroom that was very comfy. Great updates! Nice furniture and beachy decor and the location on the first floor with a close walk to pool and beach is very convenient. This is our favorite area in Jupiter--lots of great restaurants within walking distance and the beach here is really nice and is less than a mile away through Carlin Park, which is a lovely walk. Mark is a great and responsive host.

Only issues we had were with the nasty condo association parking witch. She was rough and wouldn’t issue a parking pass for first 5 days! Otherwise great spot owner Mark was very easy to get a hold of!

Houston We Have A Problem..
When we arrived , there were some major issues with the unit .. . These were unforeseen! I called Mark and he got on it right away. The AC was not working and the repairman stated that he would need several days to pressure test / diagnose .
Mark immediately made other arrangements and put us into another unit. The unit was beautiful and an upgrade in my book. Mark even compensated us for our dinner for all the unforeseen troubles.
We had a great vacation!

Great space in a wonderful location
We enjoyed our stay. We were there to see family so did not spend much time there and didn't utilize the pool. However, we enjoyed being steps away from the walking/running path, a short walk to the beach, and a very short drive to a Publix. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. Mark was quick to respond to my questions. We will certainly be staying again! Only suggestion I have for improvement is to provide some towels for hands and to have a couple extra shower towels, as well as maybe providing beach towels, with the beach being so close! Thanks!

I enjoyed my stay here and would come back again. Mark was a responsive host and helped when I had questions or needed a problem addressed. Some minor repairs are needed to the property but everything was functional. The location was outstanding. Thanks for a memorable stay.

The condo was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. The screened-in lanai was also an added bonus. The condo is in a great location, close to shopping, Publix and restaurants. Mark was very nice and easy to get a hold of if needed. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Week long beach Vaca
Overall the condo is a great space and we couldn't have asked for a better location on our week long vaca. The space is big for 4 adults, beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything you would need. We had an issue with check in but the property owner was really easy to get a hold of and helped us fix the problem quickly. The condo is a 3min car drive to the beach or a 10min walk. I would stay here again.

This property is in the heart of everything:
Shopping, dining, golf courses, pools and of course the beautiful blue ocean.
The owner was super responsive throughout our booking, stay and checkout. The property was clean and well equipped for all our needs.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect. It's so very close to the amenities of Jupiter and offers very close options for great dining, shopping and of course the beach. The beach is within walking distance of the condo and offers multiple beach access points. Directly behind the condo there is mulch layered walking/jogging trail that offers a great exercise option and within 50 feet from the front door there is an in ground pool. The condo was clean and offered multiple sleeping options, a full kitchen, screened in porch, washer/dryer and TV options. Mark, the owner was a pleasure to work with and was responsive to any questions we might have had. We will definitely be returning to Jupiter and will return to this location as much as possible!

Good location broken master bed, washer/dryer coffee maker vacuum cleaner. Dirty kitchen rug.
There were several problems when we checked in.
1-The rug in the middle of kitchen was molded and had to be thrown away.
2-Mater bed’s frame was broken and was not usable for a month.
3-Washer and dryer were broken and had to be fixed.
4-Vacuum cleaner was not working and had to be replaced.
5-Coffee maker was not working and had to be replaced.
The outside door would not close properly. We asked Mark to fix it but it was not fixed.
We stayed in the property for two months and the first month was spent with a lot of repairman coming and going to fix and repair.
Mark should have checked the condition of the apartment before he let us in to make sure everything was working or let us know about the broken bed and other issues as we would have had an opportunity to change our mind.
