Located in Central KY this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is surrounded by farmland yet convenient to Lexington and Louisville. Deer and turkey are enjoyed from the back porch. You may want to visit Shaker Village, Maker's Mark, St. Rose Priory (along with other sites in what is locally called the Kentucky Holy Land), My Old Kentucky Home, Theater, or Dinner Train, Keeneland, Churchill Downs, Young's High Bridge Vertigo Bungee, or one of the many state parks nearby.
The property is located in Washington County, near Springfield, 20 miles from Bardstown, 60 miles from downtown Louisville, 45 miles from Keeneland, 15 miles from Maker's Mark, and 35 miles from Wild Turkey and Young's High Bridge Vertigo Bungee.
The home has two bedrooms with adjacent bath and a master bedroom suite with bathroom (with flatscreen TV). Living space is open design with a couch and love seat, flatscreen TV, kitchen table with seating for 6, and 2 extra chairs. Nice house with a beautiful setting. No problems. Only wish the TV had local channels and was easier to use.

We enjoyed our stay at the farm house! We saw lots of deer on the property. We visited my sister-in-law from Stewart Home School and visited several of the bourbon distilleries.

Very relaxing. Sat on porch in morning and eve. Saw deer and coyote. Perfect place to stay if doing the Bourbon Trail. Bardstown has excellent restaraunts. A couple of request, shades on Bedroom windows to block morning sun and a floor lamp in LR so you don"t have to burn overhead lights.
