A une dizaine de mètres des pistes. Retour facile aussi grâce à l'ascenseur d'ESF. Personnes de contact très réactives.
A l'étage, un pallier avec un lit superposé, une chambre sans fenêtre et sans aucune aeration, une chambre normale avec deux fenêtres. Les lits doubles dans les deux chambres sont vraiment étroits. Pour nous, les chambres sont le vrai point noir de cet appartement.
Non annoncé dans le descriptif, appartement au 6ième étage mais non accessible en ascenseur. Il faut encore monter une quinzaine de marche avant d'arriver sur le bon pallier.
Dernier point, c'est un appartement avec 6 couchages mais il est vraiment trop petit pour accueillir 6 adultes. 2 adultes et 2 enfants/adolescents est idéal.

We loved the duplex room, it is cosy and well organised. location is good, there is a bakery just in front of the building, and nearby supermarket 100m to the left. also ski rental and ski school options very close to the building
We did not like the way keys delivery managed:
few weeks before arrival, we paid full for the apartment, we asked "how we get the keys?" we wanted to make sure we have the instructions as we plan to arrive late hours, we got a response from an agency of the apartment:
"need to put a deposit for getting instructions of how to get the keys" which means you need to send an email at the day of your arrival to understand how to put deposit
now consider your day of arrival: flights,airports,transfers..etc... not a perfect time to exchange emails...
since we plan late hours, in which agency not working, so we kindly asked the agency to get the instruction for deposit before the day of arrival...
took us several email requests, finally they agreed to send the instructions but only one day before arrival and not sooner
so one day before arrival we asked again how to deposit, it took them half day to respond, so lucky for us it was not at the day of our arrival...
eventually when we arrive we understood they put the keys in a remote shared locker, far from the apartment, shared with other apartments they manage
considering you are coming to a ski resort via a transfer, late at night, freezing cold outside ... not a nice way to start a vacation...
and surely it is also not a safe way to get the keys, because other people open the same locker.... and recall you were forced to put a deposit for keys already before you got them!
compared to other properties: when you arrive late hours you have a locker for your specific apartment and this locker is near to your apartment
we totally understand owner wish to secure his property, so come to the apartment with the keys late at night, and ask for the deposit while making sure your customer enters the apartment!
if you don;t want to come physically so let the customer put deposit and get instructions it in advance, weeks before!

appartement petit pour 6 personnes, 4 personnes maximums
lit petit
on peut à peine circuler dans la chambre, pas de place, limite monter sur le lit pour circuler
poubelle salle de bain pleine à ras bord non vidée depuis plusieurs locations
escaliers dangereux, pas du tout pratique pour descendre
