Communication from hosts was fantastic, I collected the keys without any problems and had a fantastic week in the resort.
The apartment was clean, cozy, really comfortable beds and fantastically equipped with bed sheets, towels and plenty of kitchen items for cooking. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just over the road to the ski school and plenty of restaurants within 1-2 min walk from the apartment. I will absolutely book this apartment again

Location was excellent. Lower part of town near bus station and the slopes
Apt was warm and nicely-styled. Beds were very comfortable and there was lashings of hot water.
The kitchen was superbly equipped with brand new high quality appliances. Great to have a washer dryer in the apt too
Lots of cooking utensils and dishes etc…
Lots of spare towels provided, which was a real luxury.
Ski room and key system all worked well.
Check in system was smooth as the agency waited for us to arrive.
The apt needs a mirror in each bedroom as there is only one bathroom. That would alleviate some pressure on the one mirror that was located in the bathroom. I already gave that feedback and they said they would do that so may be already addressed.
Zero flexibility regarding request to checkout 1 hour later was unhelpful (albeit understandable given cleaning day)
The managing agency emailed a few times during the week with detailed checkout cleaning instructions, which felt like overkill but with a deposit of €1200 I was reluctant not to comply. Unnecessarily heavy-handed but not a big issue I guess.

We liked the location and the value for money, but really is a 2 bedroom property as the 3rd bedroom was in fact the hallway between the two bedrooms.
The pictures make the property look much larger than it really is. The 3rd bedroom is really the hallway between 2 other bedrooms. My arrival was a couple of hours before the 5pm check in time. The agent was closed (from 12-4pm). There was nowhere to leave our bags, therefore my young children had to stand in -6oC weather whilst I tried to gain access to at least store our luggage before we could check in.
