It is walking distance to various parks, walking path, Cinema IMAX theater, and located near all shopping outlets in the newly renovated Up Town area. Near by: Winrock and Coronado malls. ( Elephant bar, BJ's, Ojos Locos, North Face, Dave and Busters, Trader Joe's,Target, Farmers Market, Jasons Deli, Gardunos, Gengis Grill, BJs, Bar and Grill, CPK, Bucca De Pepo, Red Robin, Krung Thai, and many more...) The home has 2 wood decks with pergola style shading on front and back. It is also one of the rare homes with 2 car garage in the area. It has refrigerated AC and a wood fireplace for the winter. Washer and dryer included. The home is fully furnished with many personal touches to fully enjoy as a vacation or as a business trip. All amenities included to relax as you would at home. This home is perfect for working professionals with provided Wifi, Smart TV, and office space and exterior surveillance security system for piece of mind. Most of the furniture in the house are restored or hand made from scratch. Given its many personal custom furniture and overall feel, it is a very comfortable, cozy mix of contemporary / southwest adobe feel. Additionally, it is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and walking distance property owners. We do allow for pets upon approval and a $50 pet fee/stay will be added to your reservation per pet. $25 for small pets.

This property felt like a home-away-from-home. Spacious and well set up with all the amenities we needed. Loved the outside space as well. It’s hard to feel safe in ABQ but this location is tucked into a neighborhood and we were very comfortable with the location.

The house was clean and very pretty. It was very spacious and a welcoming feeling when going into the home. I was very comfortable staying in this home and they were very helpful and would reply back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend and will be my go to place when I’m in Albq.

We really loved our stay. We had a bad experience with another rental property company and we were leary of trying another. We had a great stay and got to relax while celebrating graduation. The location put us within 10-15 mins of everywhere we needed to be!

We came down from Colorado to spend time with our son and his girlfriend for a long weekend. Had a great time! The home was just as described! Homey, warm and inviting, so comfortable! We would definitely reserve it again when we come back down! Thank you for helping us have a great weekend!

It was easy to check in and out. House was tidy but dirty. It needs a deep cleaning. I had to clean showers and dishes before using them. Dishes had sticky stuff and grime on them, bathroom floors and showers felt grimy, you can see the thick grime on floor boards and window seals. You would think people haven't been there for a long time based on all the dust on grime. Just grossness, felt like a dirty hotel not a home.

This home is in a great location in Albuquerque. We went for a cornhole tournament & we're only 6 mins away from the event. The weather was beautiful, the home was beautiful. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Every roomy, very clean, the communication with the owner was great.

Lovely homeowners, but needs an exterminator

Lovely owners. Such a cute couple. I thought it might be weird with them being next door, but they give you your space. The house, neighborhood are quiet though near a busy street. Multiple safety items in place to keep you safe. They do accept dogs which was an unknown benefit! There is a small yard in the back and a fenced in yard. I was disappointed with the bug situation We had ants and those large “ water bug” roach s. After about a week, we let them know this was a real problem. They immediately came over and sprayed and cleaned behind the fridge. This took care of my he ants- but those roaches were another problem . We would see 1-2/day— I became very anxious about them. Even the dogs became experts out of sniffing them out. We also had a problem with the dryer working. Again, landlords came over , cheerfully.. if we were lucky, it worked once. We had to wash clothes at first he house: then, dry clothes at a laundromat.

We drove in from California to visit family and were so happy to see this place was as nice as advertised! The owners were so nice and accommodating. The house was clean, spacious and upgraded. The garage had even been turned in to a man cave! We had a great time playing ping pong while visiting with family. I would definitely recommend this house if staying in Albuquerque. Thank you!

We were in town for a conference and there were five adults who stayed at the house. It has plenty of space and allowed for a relaxing evening. Plus it has easy access to multiple businesses. The owners were quick to respond to questions and eager to accommodate our needs.

This is a lovely home and met all my criteria for a vacation rental. Plenty of living/dining space for family gathering, including outdoor patio space, comfortable beds, TVs in the bedroom, a kitchen stocked with the right dishes and utensils. This house also has walk in closets, which is helpful for spreading out suitcases.
