Nestled in Miramar Beach, this charming condo for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. You will instantly relax into vacation mode when you walk through the door of this Gulf-front condo. Maravilla 2209 has gorgeous direct, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, the living room and the master bedroom. This non-smoking unit is pet-friendly to small lap-type dogs and will accommodate 6 people comfortably. The living area provides plenty of seating options with NEW furniture in 2020 and the mattress on the sleeper sofa is the upgraded memory foam. There's even a desk so, if you need to, you can get a little work done. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit so you can quickly share your beach photos with friends. The kitchen has updated cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. The cupboards are fully stocked for cooking and baking. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed and high-definition LCD screen TV. The large closet and a chest of drawers provide plenty of storage. The en suite bath has a bathtub/shower and plenty of towels. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a high-definition LCD TV. The second bathroom has a walk-in glass enclosed shower. If you need to do a load of wash, there is also a full-size front-load washer and dryer. The balcony is a great place to start and end your day. Relax in one of the comfy chairs or sit at the bistro table where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins in the morning. This 2nd floor unit is close to the Gulf-front pool so you can watch your kids in the pool and coordinate your supper with the designated grill-master in your family at our Gulf-front grills. As the day winds down, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset as you relax on the balcony. Maravilla is a popular, family-oriented resort with direct access to the beach where you will be provided with complimentary beach service including 2 chairs and an umbrella (seasonal March - October). Maravilla has two pools - one Gulf front and one heated - a whirlpool, work-out room, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a basketball hoop. Plus if want to take a jog or go for a walk, there are miles of walking paths overlooking the beach. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the Miramar Beach and Destin area, some within walking distance (Pompano Joes, Kenny D's). We are also close to an upscale mall and an outlet mall or take the kids to The Track to ride the go-carts and play mini-golf. Maravilla is one of the most beautiful places to stay in Miramar. The condo that we stayed in (2209) was perfect. It was so clean and had a wonderful view of the beach. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Sharon was very kind and easy to communicate with. Our pets are a HUGE part of our family. Boarding them for us to go on vacation has never been something we chose to do. To find a place that allows your pets to come has been a lifesaver. This is our second year staying at Maravilla, and we already have a condo booked for June 2024.

Our first time to Destin, and we’re hooked! Sharon was simply marvelous; easy check in and out. The condo is exactly like the pictures; the views are perfect and private access to the beach with chairs and an umbrella each day-win! Great shopping, restaurants, and other fun activities are close by. Very pet friendly, we had our two girls, terriers, and they got to say hi to many different dogs! I was sad to leave; not nearly enough time. Silly, I booked M-F, so with check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 9 am, we only had three full days, and one day stormed, so basically, we had two. We’ll definitely be booking again! Next time Sat- Sat, to have five full days to take in that view!

The most pet friendly place I have ever seen for 9 pound Yorky. Perfect location close proximity to several restaurants. The owner did an outstanding job coordinating our stay. I highly recommend this unit.

We loved our week at this property! The view was gorgeous, the location was great and the amenities perfect! Coordinating the beach set up was super easy and there was even a small selection of beach toys in the condo to take down. I appreciated there were plenty of towels for both the bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our stay. Location is great, beautiful view from balcony. Pics are very accurate. Check in process was easy and communication with property manager was very timely. Would stay at this location again and recommend to anyone else.

The condo was nice and I was able to reach the owner without any issues. The condo’s cleanliness didn’t meet my standards as it was dusty and not adequately cleaned. If you want to rent a golf cart to enjoy your stay, you’ll have to stay somewhere else!

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation! The condo was very nice and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was a long awaited vacation after working on both parents estate since losing them in December to COVID. Sharon did not bother us. If we asked her something, she got right back to us. Everyone we met at Maravilla was so nice and We needed that! The umbrella and chair setup spoiled us. We’ll never stay anywhere again that doesn’t have that. And Matt that sat those up was awesome!!!! Hopefully we can come back next year.. Thanks Sharon for sharing your condo!
