About this condo rental
Nestled in Destin, this lovely condo for $300 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy our beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico at Silver Beach Towers West Unit 1505. New floors and updated furniture! The view, the view the view. The view is from the living room, the master king suite and the 2nd bedroom, with each room opening out to the deck on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin. This 15th floor unit is comfortable and elegant. There are 3 tv and dvd's. (WIRELESS INTERNET) Smart TVS so you can use your Netflixs or stream your favorite! The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The master suite is both private and has a panoramic view of the gulf. The master bath has a large walk in shower with shower bench and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two queen size and two floor length windows on the gulf with a patio door leading to the deck. 2nd bath also has a large walk in shower with bench. This condo is comfortable and just like home on the beach. Large 1400 square foot unit. full equipped kitchen. Enjoy Back Porch just steps from the beach of Silver Beach Towers West for great seafood. Less than one mile from Big Kahuna's. New Beach rules this year: In the past I have purchased the subscription and the beach service was free to my renters. I have paid a beach subscription fee this year, allowing my renters to reserve a set up per day of $30 a day for 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. This money does not go to me. I will send you a code and a slip to fill out for the days you wish to reserve. When you reserve the money goes to the beach shack. If you need an extra set up for more family members it is $65 per day. I do have 4 sand chairs in my unit for my guest to use. Keywords: Condominium

We really loved the location and view from this 2 bedroom condo. Large balcony with lots of seating The condo was nicely decorated. The master bedroom was huge with its own large ensuite and the 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds with another bathroom with a large walk in
shower. One heated pool & one not heated with 2 jacuzzis. Quiet building with outdoor bbq area and very clean. The only recommendation would be easier access to obtaining the condo key and fob for the garage. We had to drive to a different location to pick up the keys and they weren’t there so we called the host who arranged for them to be sent to us by the housekeeper who then gave us the wrong key but eventually got it sorted out. A fob is needed to get in the building or garage area and a key for condo unit. Once in the unit there were spares though one set was missing key & fob so I wanted the host to know we didn’t lose them or we would be charged. I noticed some units had code doors which would be good to eliminate the key but a fob is still required. I would highly recommend this place as long as obtaining the key/fob is simple.

We have never stayed anywhere other than in a hotel before; that has changed now! Our first experience with VRBO and using a condo property for vacation with our 10 year old was amazing. Having the ability to stay up if someone wanted wanted to go to bed, the ease of making meals and snacks so we could enjoy more beach and pool time instead of getting ready to go out to eat every night was a game changer. Our hosts were amazing, we had a bit of trouble with one key fob not wanting to cooperate but they were available by phone and immediately handled it and with the property and security. The buildings were safe, quiet, so clean. We are ready to go back next year!

Pictures online did not do this property justice! Beautiful in person, and the view from all rooms spectacular! Steps away from the beach and so close to shops and restaurants! Communication with the property owner was also excellent! Highly recommend this condo!

This place was even better in person! My college kids loved being able to share a room but have their own “big” bed. They had both been away to college so this allowed them to have sister bonding time. We loved listening to the ocean in each room. This condo had everything (and more) we needed for a week stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. We can’t wait to go back!

This property is the perfect place for our family of 3 (teenage son). The location and views could not be better. The furnishings are nice and we enjoyed being out on the balcony. We loved having the beach service of chairs and umbrellas. Communication was great with the owners. We would stay here again!

We had such a great time! The pool was amazing for our two kiddos, the master bed was super comfortable, communication with owners was great, best part had to be the location, right in the middle of everything. The view was breath taking, saw dolphins every day!! Our 5 year old did have an accident with the heavy sliding glass door going over her toe, so careful with that but the owners were great in responding about that. We will be back. Oh, and go eat at Louisiana Lagniappe! So good! Expensive but worth it!

Quite simply, the best vacation experience ever. We had garage parking, and only three people on our floor that used our elevator. The layout was great, as both the master suite and the guest room had ocean views.
The bathrooms were very back, and the kitchen was perfect.
I honestly thought that every aspect of this place was the tops. The location, love you, the size of the balcony, are all things that want me to rent from this place every year. .

We've been coming to Destin for years. This was by far the best condo we've stayed at. The beds were comfy, the room was very clean, and the owner takes pride in what they have here. Clear communication, and follow up. Located in the heart of Destin we didn't have to go far for anything. I you are trying to choose between this condo and another. You need to choose this one. Even though it's a 2 bed room the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. This isn't common and really added flexibility for this condo. Will absolutely book again.

Excellent views and well appointed with all necessities for a week long stay. My daughter and I enjoyed assembling the many puzzles on hand and the large balcony over looking the emerald gulf. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and tons of things to do for the whole family.

This condo was perfect! The home is decorated with the beach in mind. The view, the view, the view! It was the best part of the trip. Being able to wake up every morning and seeing the ocean and admiring it in the evenings. The host was wonderful as well. I had great communication with them. I can't say enough about this rental. The check in was not easy. The key box definitely needs changed. I asked for two light bulbs to be changed. Did not happen. Everything was really nice. Comfortable beds. Easy access to pool and beach. Beautiful balcony scenery. Loved our vacation!

This place was awesome!! It has everything you need and more. The views from the balcony are amazing!! I love being that high up and watching dolphins swim by every morning and every evening. I love that once you get out of the elevator the room is right there. The walk to the pool and beach is about 1 minute The location of the condo in Destin is perfect. Everything is right there. The owners are great and answer any questions you have and they reach out during your vacation to make sure your having a great time. I would/ will definitely recommend this condo and I will definitely stay here again.

While packing up, we had noticed that my fiancé left a pair of shoes in the condo, we called the number provided for Susan and she was quick to send someone for us so that we were able to get them! The home was located in a great location. The host was very accommodating. The only drawback was wifi is spotty at best. Was hard to get much work done if needed. Had to use the general building wifi. We enjoyed our stay!

The Good: The views are outstanding! The condo was clean. We picked this condo because both bedrooms had ocean views and balcony access. That was a must for our family. The showers are large! The owners answer messages promptly. There is plenty of storage for clothing. Closets are nice size. Very close to everything to do in Destin. Pick up the coupons on the Lobby level. It saved us a lot!
Ways to Improve: Washer and dryer need updated. The washer didn't get clothes very clean but did get them VERY wrinkled. The dryer could only dry 3 towels at a time. We spend every day drying our towels. It took 2-3 cycles to get them dry. It would be nice to have a table on the balcony. There was plenty of seating, but only 2 small end tables. We love to eat dinners on the balcony and it was hard w/ no table. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Those 2 chairs are not comfy. And the couch is ok, would be better if there was a coffee table or something there. We tried to watch a movie one night, but only last 20 mins because the seating was not comfortable. Also, the fitted sheet in the master was not big enough. I had to fight to keep it on the mattress. Also, the dining table only has 4 chairs. We had a group of 5, we like to play cards, but not enough seating. The bar chairs are not table height, so couldn't use those.
The overall resort: Silver beach towers is the nicest condo resort in Destin. Its very crowded, the umbrellas having 3 rows most days. But I love staying here because the pools are so nice and the beach is great! There was a lot of seaweed washed up on the beach and they don't clean it. You get used to it. There are water sports for rental right at the resort. They also serve ice cream and shaved ice! I love how they have upgraded the beach service reservations. It was so much easier! I didn't mind it being crowded because I love the Silver Beach Towers so much!
With some improvements, this condo would be 5-star! Hope this helps someone thinking of staying here.

The view was great in the room and was clean and nice. One thing I did not like is the beach chairs on the beach. They were too close together with other people so I bought my own and was not allowed to put up my umbrella only my chairs were allowed. They pick the spot as well. I didn't like that so we just hung out at the pool. Also the door exiting to the pool would constantly stick and you couldn't get out. I had to kick the crap out of it to open it . They need to fix that . It was very annoying. I wish there was a tiki bar and restaurant on site. I wouldn't stay here again for those reasons but overall a nice condo.

This is a beautiful condo and worked so well for my sister and myself as we each had our own bedrooms, bathrooms and both had beautiful views of the water from our bedrooms and both had acess to the large deck overlooking the beach from our bedrooms. The pictures online do not do this beautiful condo justice! Wonderful stay and get away from the MN winter! Thank you!
