About this cottage rental

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming cottage for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This family style mid-island cottage has four bedrooms on two levels. and can accommodate up to eleven guests. The main floor will accommodate up to eight guests. It has three bedrooms and and while not in a separate bedroom, there i a trundle used as day bed in the living area, which can be used as a single or double bed. The living area is in the front of the house and extends across the entire width with an adjoining kitchen. The three bedrooms are in the rear. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining bath. Of the two remaining bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other has twin beds. They share a shower bath. The separate lower apartment has a queen size bed and bunk bed combination and will accommodate three guests. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, dish washer, and blender. There is secured Wi-Fi and there are televisions in the living area and all bedrooms except the bedroom with twin beds. An iron and board is available. On the first level there is a laundry room, which includes a washer and dryer, and there is an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. . Direct access to the beach is at the end of Dune side and the walk to the beach is less than five minutes. Check in time is 4pm and checkout tine is 10 am. Linens, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. The renter furnishes their own towels and bedding. This cottage is non smoking and no pets are allowed. The cleaning is done during the five hours between rentals when we have consecutive rentals.

My husband and I rented for a month and enjoyed every second! Perfect location to the beach and only a 15 min walk to restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen, clean, and accommodating host. Definitely hope to rent the home again in the future!

This was my second time staying at this property. Cottage is as described. Very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Upon check in we noticed that the toilet seat was missing a bolt, I messaged Herb. He responded quickly and the seat was replaced. We will definately return!

Location was perfect, beach access less than 1 block, pier within walking distance, inter coastal access nearby. 50 minutes from Myrtle Beach and shopping, 15 minutes to Walmart, golf. Purses everywhere. Would stay again if I needed a place for 6 or more

Very good place. A bit older, but everything was good to go. We spend most of our travels away from where we stay, and here we spent most of time at beach anyways. Recommended for families or friend groups.

Mr and Mrs Smith could not have been nicer, the property has lots of room for guests. However, it is quite dated and needs a deep cleaning. Otherwise, close to the beach and nice outdoor shower.

We had a great week here! The house was a very short and convienent walk to the beach. (We were not aware of the no tent rule at this beach but luckily we found an umbrella to use in the laundry room so that saved us money from having to go buy an umbrella!) We loved the outdoor shower at the house. It was so nice to be able to shower the kids off so they didn’t have to come inside all sandy. There were plenty of seating options outside to enjoy the ocean breeze. We loved the front porch chairs and the swing on the lower level. We were very comfortable during our stay and found what we needed in the kitchen. The only problem we had was several ants in the kitchen and master bathroom so we made sure to keep our food well wrapped up and kept wiping off the counters. The carpets could also use a good cleaning or better yet replaced with hard floors. The extra room downstairs was a nice option as well since it had a seperate entry. There were plenty of great resturants and other fun things to do in the area. We have such fun memories from our week here! Thanks for a great beach house!

Older home, but had everything we needed to have a great week at Ocean Isle. Plenty of room and very short walk to the beach. Kitchen well supplied to be able to cook meals after a fun day at the beach. Great find! Hope to stay again next year!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Duneside Drive. It was just as advertised. The location was excellent for our group just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to area activities. We loved the open floor plan!

This house should not be advertised as 5 bedrooms. It’s a 3 bedroom house w a pull out in the dining area and a room downstairs that no one wanted to sleep in because it was smelly. The steps and the porches needs to be replaced. It is a good location and close to the beach.

We were really grateful for ease of booking, fantastic communication from the owners, and prompt resolution to any questions or issues. Check-in was easy, and aside from some extra humid conditions downstairs, the house was exactly as advertised and provided a comfortable stay just a minute or two walk to the beach. We would definitely consider staying at this property again!

We have two small children in the walk to the beach was very short which made it easier for us to go to the beach everyday. The house accommodated the kids in our family very well. We were close enough to little shops to walk to. Overall we really enjoyed our week there.

This house was perfect for our vacation. Close to the beach, water was very nice during our stay at the end of May. Quite very safe, street great for bike rides and walks! Decks in front and back to relax. Rode bikes to get ice cream and play miniature golf. Our boys fished at Sunset beach only 15 mins away. Plenty of pots, pans and kitchen items to cook. The hosts were wonderful! Good house for a large family!
