About this apartment rental
11th floor (top floor) unit is located directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the exquisite views from your private balcony and expansive deck (see photos). This unit was recently remodeled. It is beautifully furnished and offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath, a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It is the only unit in Perdido Sun with a large, completely private deck area with ocean views. It is also impeccably appointed with high-end furnishings. Lastly, this unit no longer has a pull-out couch so can only sleep 2 maximum.
The complex includes 24 hour front desk and security, large indoor and outdoor pools, large Jacuzzi hot tub, lawn area with picnic and recreation facilities, 2 boardwalks over the dunes to 200 feet of white sand beach front. Inside you will find a new exercise facility, plus a game room for the kids. You will enjoy planned recreation, beach service, nearby shopping and restaurants.

Excellent stay at condo. One TV remote was missing, but the owner tried his best to remedy the problem. We've stayed in this condo twice about ten and twelve years ago and our experience was very similar to our prior visits, with one minor exception- It's very obvious that the electrical outlets have been heavily used as our ac charging blocks would repeatedly fall out of the outlets. Only the one in the kitchen was fine. It may be time to replace the outlets. The outlets are at least 30 years old. Kudos to the cleaning staff for a job well done.

Deck was amazing. Unit was decorated nicely and everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. Spring breakers were in Orange Beach down the road but our area was calm and relaxing. Restaurant was right across the street and convenient. Weather was colder than expected but still enjoyed the views from the unit.

This was our 5th stay in this condo! Beautiful balcony for people watching and enjoying the views of the ocean. Always clean and welcoming. Communication with the owner is excellent. Perfect getaway for a couple of any age.
