Situated in North Topsail Beach, this charming house for $315 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Sirens Song is a beautiful 2 story private home located beachfront in the middle of Topsail Island. She sleeps 10 comfortably with premium name brand bedding and mattresses. She has limited handicap access with a handicap ramp leading to the first level where you will find the kitchen and living area as well as a bedroom with private bath. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths the whole family can spread out and enjoy your vacation with all the luxuries of home. A well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless appliances, wi-fi, game consoles and games, Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, videos, books and games galore, charcoal and gas grills, hammock and gated decks for the little ones and pets to play at ease are just a few of the amenities. Sirens Song is clean and inviting with two decks overlooking the blue Atlantic and miles of beautiful sandy beach to soothe your spirit. Watch for dolphins playing close to shore from the lounge or rocking chairs or relax and look for sharks teeth and shells right in front of the house. Topsail Island is a unique blend of old and new with several wonderful restaurants and shops but also local fisherman selling their fresh catch at the bridge. The IGA in the heart of the island has most staples you require and there is a Food Lion just before you cross the drawbridge. A brand new Harris Teeter and miniature golf complex opened summer 2011. People from around the world flock to Topsail for its beauty, adventure and laid-back atmosphere but because it is a barrier island with mostly private homes it is not crowded. Fishing, sailing, kayaking, golf, jet skiing, sightseeing, biking, surfing-Topsail has it all and is a true beach experience. About Sirens Song: Sirens Song has two levels with covered parking (garage) for one vehicle and outside off street parking for an additional 3-4 depending on size. There is a game room with air hockey and foosball tables in the oversized rear area of the garage for your enjoyment. A handicap ramp runs from the garage to the first floor deck. The first floor has a porch on the front with patio furniture including rockers to watch sunsets over the sound and a large deck on the back for having your coffee and watching the sunrise over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. A hammock, patio furniture, gas grill and charcoal grill for cooking your mahi, rib eye or fresh seafood are a few of the features. The front is neatly landscaped with red mulch flower beds, indigenous shrubs and palm trees. From the upper level open your eyes and experience the 'awe factor' as you step out to the deck overlooking miles of beautiful sandy beach. The upper deck has two lounge chairs for relaxing or sunning and a hot/cold enclosed shower underneath the stairs for rinsing off after boogie boarding or surfing. My wife and I were joined by a couple of friends, part of the time, and had perfect weather in this home. Everything we needed was there! The owner was very responsive to a water main breakage issue through no fault of hers and even granted us a little extra time at check out. The location was great and our next door neighbors were permanent homeowners which keep the area quiet. Thanks for everything!

Even better than expected! The fenced area was a Godsend. The ramp and the wheeled cart were so convenient. We crammed way more in our car than we needed to. The garage is full of beach and sun supplies. Bed and linens were nice quality. And Barbara is a gem of an owner. So responsive.

Every year we come to vacation on Topsail Island, NC. This year we picked this property and so glad that we did. This property had everything that we needed: space, comfort, amazing location, beach items, grills, fenced in space for our dog to roam around. Property owner was very responsive, sensitive and caring. This was definitely one of our favorite properties to stay on the island!

The house was exactly as described. Close proximity to restaurants and activities. The owners, Barb and Ray, are wonderful. They answered any questions we had and recommended some places to eat. SurfDog Bites has phenomenal fish tacos. We had a nice relaxing time. Our son, daughter and her two friends had a blast at the beach and went shopping at area shops. Surf City Jet Skis is definitely the place to go ride. We are definitely planning to come back!

The cleanest rental we have ever had in many years of renting at Topsail. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of chairs/boogie boards. Loved the two decks (covered/uncovered). Great location. The air conditioner worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the game room. Fenced yard for the dog. Outstanding rental that exceeded our expectations!

The view was terrific, especially from the upper deck. Just a short walk to the beach!

Beautiful home in excellent location with gorgeous views from spacious decks. Loads of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. Comfortable bedding and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen if you enjoy cooking in. Topsail Steamer offers a great meal already put together for you if you are choosing to eat at the house; otherwise, we were a bit disappointed in the restaurants in the area. It’s a stretch to say that 10 can stay here comfortably but definitely a great place for smaller groups. A large enclosed outdoor shower proved to be very useful for us. We had a great time and made many happy memories!!

We absolutely staying at Sirens Song! This was our third year as a family (and pup). Nothing beats seeing the beach and ocean when you wake up, eating meals on the deck, and relaxing in the house after a day in the sun. The newly installed fence in the backyard was a huge plus for our dog. The owners are also incredibly kind - they checked in on us during some pretty bad weather. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This is a great space, especially if looking for a dog friendly home. We did not bring our dog this trip, but would have been perfect for her. We checked in with ease and immediately loved the home. There were quite a few flying insects inside but that got better as we cleaned and settled in. Looks like most of the window screens need replacement so maybe the previous tenant had windows open and allowed the flies. Also the upper deck is in need of some repairs or replacement, still an amazing view. Lastly we did have trouble sleeping in the downstairs bed, it was almost too soft or had a topper on it that was too lumpy for our liking. There was also a good bit of traffic noise from the road most of the nights. This was our first stay north of Surf City so maybe the road noise is more expected? If we travel with our dog next time we are in Topsail, we will definitely look here first. Thank you for sharing your home!

Siren’s Song is a wonderful vacation home. The views from all the decks are amazing! We appreciate the wheelchair accessible ramp and first floor bedroom. Our pups really loved the addition of the fencing in the back. The owners thought of all the things that you didn’t even know you wanted! This was our 2nd visit and we’ve already booked for next year!

A wonderful home which our family thoroughly enjoyed. A great location and had everything one could need. We particularly liked the added handbars, ramp, and first floor bedroom for older family members. While the beach was the main attraction for all of us, the game room and deck area added additional fun. We all had a fabulous time and recommend this property to others!

The pictures on VRBO don’t do this place justice. It is beautiful. We spent Thanksgiving here and had the best time. I loved the huge deck with gates to keep the dogs and children from escaping.

This was our third time staying at this property. Such beautiful home and right on the beach. The layout is ideal for our family. My husband and I take take the master bedroom upstairs and my mom takes the room on the main level so she doesn't have to climb stairs. Also, I love dealing directly with the property owner rather than a realty company. She sent me a text ahead of time letting me know about a festival that would be going on during our time there.

The home was clean & very accommodating for our family. It had everything we needed & more. I was very happy with the handicap ramp as in my old age stairs are not my best friend. We spent a week at North Topsail Beach and I have to start of by saying the pictures on this listing do not do this property justice. It’s way nicer than anticipated. Rooms are all big and bright with great views. The deck was perfect and we ate outside almost everyday. The rinse off area and the outside shower we’re both fabulous and not on the bottom level like some of the other houses we looked at. Having them right outside the back entrance was great! The kitchen has everything we needed, even had a ton of spices that we didn’t know we would need. The garage was also filled with boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and lots of toys for our 4 year old to dig and build sandcastles. Overall super clean, great location, and zero complaints. We wish we didn’t have to leave and we’re hoping to book this property again although it seems pretty popular. Our dog came along and also had a nice time making friends on the beach!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It is difficult to find a vacation house that will accommodate someone with a mobility disability, but this property made our vacation the best we have had yet. While we were unable to get my husband on the beach, the setup allowed him to feel like he was on the beach. He thoroughly enjoyed the deck and views from the end of the deck sitting area which really made the vacation spectacular. The location is perfect and the beach is not crowded in front of the house. The house itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the home was clean. I cannot say enough great things about this property and I hope we are able to book it for our next vacation. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for our future vacations. Thank you Barb for quickly answering all of my questions and for being so accommodating. You truly have a gem in Siren's Song.

This was our first time staying here. I was with my wife and kids and in-laws and our dog. Everyone enjoyed their experience and loved the cleanliness of the home, as well as the amenities (gas grill, air hockey table, updated kitchen, etc). The double deck was amazing. Very large and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again if possible!

Oceanfront home, we enjoyed our spring stay! The gated deck was great, kitchen is jam packed with everything you need minus paper products (foil, wrap, etc). Had to make our beds - I understand this is standard for the island (but a bummer all the same!). Would have liked a couple more blankets (each bed has a coverlet and sheets, that's it - no other linens in the house), and having a video game unit without games is a let down for the kids. The foozeball table in the listing photos is also not there, but we enjoyed the air hockey. But these are all very minor and the host was responsive and info she provided was helpful. We would book again.
