1st of all the location is excelent. 3 minutes walk from the harbor, 5 minutes walk from Toledo street, 7 min' walk from the spanish qtr, a subway station just across the Street.
The apartment is spacious, well equipped with kitchen tools. No coffee machine so we had to try everyday another cafe'. 😉
Gian Marco the owner was helpful.
The bathroom is tiny.
The sleeping area is too crowded for 4. They could arrange the apartment better. The window is small and looks into the other building. The aircondition was barely enough to handle the august weather
And after all these, mt daughter didnt want to leave that appartment

La.struttura era pulita,comodissima al centro storico,via Toledo,piazza Plebiscito,,alla metropolitana e al porto per imbarcarsi per le isole.Posizione davvero strategica.Alloggio molto spazioso,luminoso e comodo.

Location was very convenient and there was enough space for 3 people.
The place didn’t feel very clean. There were hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom and overall the whole house felt grimy…the utensils were unusable because they were clearly dirty. Also when I told the owner the house was too cold, he entered the house and left a radiator but didn’t let us know before that he would enter. When I expressed discomfort over this, he replied saying he’s the owner of the house so he could enter whenever. This was not very professional.
