Living room is a cozy venue, warmed by the propane fireplace, no need to haul in the wood, just the press of a button. There is a powder room on this floor as well. The ground level of this home is your access to the lake, a private dock, lakeside patio and covered patio with hot tub overlooking the lake. There are two private bedrooms on this level. One with a queen bed provides stunning lakeside view, the other a single over double bunk.
