Sitting area with a 50 inch flat screen television, modern fully - equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a stunning softly draped open-air living area and dining pavilion, with loft above The Bedrooms are detailed below: "HEAVEN" the master suite is very spacious, elegant and air conditioned. The room includes a magnificent wood king size bed and its own 50 inch TV; the master bath has a large jet tub with "radio" steam shower and his/her basin, and a walking closet with a safe for your piece of mind. "TRANQUILITY" is located just off the loft with a gorgeous queen bed and a patio view that overlook the turtle beach. "HARMONY" is located down the hallway and has two double beds with views of the mountain. This Five - Bedroom Villa has a very spacious master-suite with His/her Basins, shower, Jet-tub it also has a walk-In closet with safe and camera on the outside for your peace of mind. The second bathroom has a standing shower. The villa has two entertainment area's with a loft, two patios and a gazebo. It also has a washroom, very large kitchen, with all the amenities and a BBQ grill. Access with a remote gate and garage. Additional features include cable and internet, computer for use and all-in-one printer/scanner for your pictures etc... The outside offers seating under palms trees. Explore Ocho Rios.... Take a little bit of the island back home with you as you indulge your senses from the exquisite luxury plazas filled with world-class brands, to culturally traditional stores where one can uncover all kinds of charming mementos, trinkets and other well made memories. POLICIES: All reservations require a deposit of 50% percent of the total stay cost. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Damage Deposit: $250.00 damage deposit required when balance is due and will be returned after unit has been cleaned. Prices shown include all five rooms with bathrooms;the rooms can be rented out separately if needed. Cancellation policy: We will refund your entire amount paid if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival .Otherwise if we can fill the same rental time and dollar amount booked, we will refund you back that amount if within the 30 days. Apart from a few minor things that can be fixed easily out stay at Sandra was a good one. Very nice and comfortable house. She tried her best to make us comfortable i would definitely stay there again in the future.

My stay was nice, but I'm very annoyed because the owner is very money hungry . I told her that the ceiling fan glass fell out when I was trying to pull the string to turn the light on. She was trying to get me to pay out of pocket for the whole fan when nothing is wrong with the fan just the glass came out which isn't our fault. It clearly wasn't in correctly. She puts in a claim for all this stuff talking about we rip the grill cover and we never even used the grill at all. We were going to use it but once we the lift the cover up and seen it was gas it was never touch. Also she said the gas of a bar stool was stratch up because we had it against the wall. The bar stool is old like tan wood. It's on the back of the chair who is gonna see that. Long story short I paid the damage property insurance she wanted me to pay her out of my pocket. But once I checked my rental agreement I noticed I paid for damages already once I mentioned that she gonna say I was gonna tell u already paid for it which she was not because she would have already said it from the beginning. Anyway she puts in a claim for the whole ceiling fan for $350 smh wants the whole fan replace, smh getting unnecessary money from insurance. Which she can get a the glass for it because nothing is wrong with the fan at all.clearly the maintenance ppl didn't fix it right.

This property is fabulous! I felt like I was at a wealthy family member home. it was Quiet peaceful tranquillity was at it's best. I felt secured! I stayed in the 5 bedroom home by self one night and never gave it one.thought about not being safe.

Ac is only in two of the rooms but the house is beautiful and there is tuns of space. You’ll love it!

The house is amazing and what I loved the most is that each room had its own bathroom. It was a total of 10 so having enough bedrooms and bathrooms was very important. It's a little hard to find but after a few trips into the town you will memorize the route. It's a quiet and peaceful community. We weren't bothered by anyone.

The place lives up to its name "Jewel". It was a little hard to find the place at first...Sandra and the rest of her team ensured that we enjoyed our stay and that we were comfortable. Overall it's a good place to stay.

I stayed here at the jewels in May had a awesome time in Ocho rios . Very comfortable and a beautiful view yes i will return next year to spend my vacation here at this beautiful home in Ocho rios Jamaica .
