The location

Having friends and family visit and have dinner and the restaurant doesn’t comp the valet. Spend over $300 and still charge to valet

The room was beautiful- clean modern and had everything you could possibly need we did the 1 bedroom suite- proximity to the hospital was perfect- customer service was amazing. Everything about our stay was perfect, next time we need to be in newhaven we will be back

location good. very clean room. tv worked very well. bar was good.

no breakfast served. a bit expensive. pillows are down and not supportive. room was initially freezing (60 degrees). blanket too warm. had trouble sleeping. For the 2 restaurants in the hotel, a complimentary breakfast should be included.
