Extremely uncomfortable, and unhygienic

Could hear full normal speaking volume conversations through neighbors walls. Bedsheets had holes in them. Bathroom was not clean and had hair on sides of shower and toothpaste stains in sink. Toilet had pee stains under lid!!

The staff was very nice they helped me with any questions I had and I didn't have any problems with adding in extra nights I would definitely recommend the best western to anyone who has to stay at a hotel and the beds are quite comfortable. I give Best western 2 thumbs up 👍👍😉

Efficient. Good for a short stay when on the road.

The room was large enough, clean and tidy. Internet was ok. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Perfect for a short stay. There is nothing around, just a 7/11 shop.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Das Hotel war nicht ansatzweise ausgebucht und wir haben ein Zimmer direkt über der Lobby zur Autobahn hin bekommen. Daher sehr laut.

Nice hotel for short stays

Good breakfast. Convenient location, right off highway. Walkable distance to 7-11, Dunkin’, mini grocers, Walmart. Staff are exceptionally supportive and helpful. Housekeeping is very good.

Not many food choices around the hotel at walkable distance. Toilets are bit old.

Superb

All the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good every morning. The pool was too small, so we could not swim with a bunch of kids in, but they had their fun. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely come back.

This was a bad experience!

Not much.

Location, poorly maintained,room smelled like tobacco smoke. Shower was very hard to temperature right and curtain was difficult to make stay in place. Lowest toilet height ever! People hanging around hotel outside, running in and out. Juice machine was not right watery juices. Hash was bad. Eggs inedible. We have been to many Best Westerns before and this was the worst. Carpet torn in the room . Carpet in the hall needs to be stretched again wrinkles etc. Sorry really bad experience!

Disappointing

Great location

A piece of metal was sticking out of the bed frame maintenance did come and fix it mostly. The towels and wash clothes were never replaced. We were only there 1 night and when we arrived there was only 1 towel. It was very out dated.

Location. Staff was pleasant.

The room was dated. A used cup of coffee was left in the room, which made me suspect that it was not fully cleaned. In the room next to me someone was smoking.

The breakfast was really good. The mattress was really soft and comfortable.

That the bed make noise very time you get in and out of bed. and we didn't have a shower curtain and that we had to wait to get a room key. But over all it was a good stay.

Everything appears as advertised. It was a very comfortable stay.

The complementary breakfast was okay. The heating was okay and if you have concerns about getting hot water, there was no issue in that department.

All the services especially the reception and morning breakfast area was great!

The showers were tricky to use.

for over $200 Canadian I do not think it was worth it. wasn’t the worse but definitely would rate it fair.
