Location was great!!! Facilities were excellent, the bed could have been less firm but that's a personal preference, it was super secure, staff was great, very clean!!
Bed could have been softer, that was my only issue

Very good location, super nice staff and replying very fast/ in time for your needs, spacious room/ beautiful shared common area and kitchen so as the terrace, especially drinkable water was provided everyday which it’s very thoughtful and helpful under the hot weather, supper recommend !

Perfect choice for a trip to Naples! The suites are located in an excellent spot on Via Duomo, within walking distance to all major attractions, great shopping streets, and transport links. Everything was clean and comfortable. Most of all, we loved our host Nella – she is incredibly sweet, warm, and helpful. Her hospitality made our weekend even more special!"

The location was good. Communication before arrival was good.
We asked the hosts to book us a taxi for 4.30am to go to the airport. The taxi didn't turn up, after lots of calls and messages while stood outside the property we eventually got a taxi 40 minutes later! This was extremely upsetting and stressful for us, we caught our flight but only just! The host we spoke to was more concerned about telling us it wasn't her fault rather than apologising or trying to sort the situation.
