Once inside the Guest House part of the building it was immaculate. Close to the station and lots of shops, bars, restaurants etc. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The Guest Room is in a central area, ideal to walk around the city centre. It might feel sketchy, given the fame of Rione Forcella, but all in all we did not experience any issue.
At first, it was not immediate for us to find the entrance: we expected more of a hotel, whilst the Guest House is effectively located within a residential building, occupying its first floor.
No one was there to wait for us once we got there at the time we provided. We therefore had to wait some 20 minutes before someone arrived to open.
We also did not like the fact the the Guest House is located basically within a condominium.
