Major beachfront improvements: Casa Vista now has more than 350 feet of seawall, strengthened with 200 newly installed pilings. We are using this protected shoreline to create a unique sandy beach and cove. These improvements redirect much of the seasonal sargassum away from the property and have significantly reduced shoreline buildup and associated odors. Sargassum is a natural, weather-dependent Caribbean condition, but the beach experience at Casa Vista has improved substantially.
