About this condo rental
Located in Destin, this charming condo for $300 per night is a great choice for your next break. Sterling Sands, Unit 211 is DIRECTLY on the beach and gulf front! Sterling Sands is a stunning, oceanfront property in the heart of Destin, with one of the area’s largest and least crowded beach fronts. There are no streets to cross and the pool is also gulf front so you can enjoy the beautiful, breathtaking views of the gulf while relaxing at the pool. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas barbecue grills, and exercise room. Covered assigned parking included! Free Beach Service (large umbrella & 2 chairs) is provided from March 1 - October 31. This is over a $300 weekly value! The entire condo is renovated! The condo has the hardwood-looking tile throughout along with new paint. It is decorated with soothing coastal blues and tans, new furniture, lamps, bedding and accessories. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig. You can enjoy the stunning view of the ocean while sitting in the living room, kitchen table, or while preparing your meal in the fully stocked kitchen! Unit 211 sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a full over full bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom also has a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have new vanities with granite and tile flooring. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub. There is a full size front loader washer and dryer in the unit. We use a door access code so there is no hassle with keeping up with keys. Free wifi is included with your stay. This unit also includes a designated covered parking spot in the garage! Beach Service is available to rent kayaks and paddle boards. Sterling Sands is near attractions, shopping, restaurants, and right on the sugar white sands of Destin Beach. The balcony is the perfect place to see dolphins! You are just a short 5 minute walk to the Back Porch Restaurant. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store and ice cream/yogurt. Take a short walk to The Track to ride go-carts, putt-putt, bungee, bumper boats, arcade and so much more. We welcome you to our condominium to spend your vacation in paradise on the sugary, white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Destin coast. There is an additional $15 per person amenity fee. I will send you a link to order your wristbands and parking pass before your check-in date.

This location is perfect! Parking, elevator, pool, beach, condo are all super close and easy to get to! The view is fabulous! Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond for any and all needs! We will definitely be back!

Location,view,amenities were all fabulous. Especially parking and pool/beach access. The size of the second bedroom was very small. It is not for 2 adults. Better for 2 children. (The one and only drawback. ). We ended up fine. Thank you for sharing.

Great condo! The view was beautiful and we liked being able to just walk down the stairs to get to the beach. Really loved that the chair/umbrella service was included, plus the condo had boogie boards and extra chairs in the unit. Stacey was super friendly, helpful and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

This condo was very modern and clean. Location is walkable to a beach merchandise store and some take out food/sit down restaurants. Only a 7 min walk down the beach to restaurant right on the water. Parking and beach service being included with the rental set this property apart from some of the others. We enjoyed our stay very much and will seek to rent again if we make our way back to Destin!

This condo has an amazing view and is right on the beach. Very clean and well decorated condo! Perfect for our family of 3. Easy access to the beach and the 2 chairs and umbrella (set up every morning for you) is a huge plus for guests. The complex itself is also very well maintained. Didn’t have any issues on my trip and Stacey was an excellent host to work with. Would definitely book this unit again in the future!

The condo is beautiful and is exactly as what is described and shown in the photos. The space was perfect for what our family needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo has unobstructed views of the beach and ocean from the patio and was very relaxing for evenings. We really appreciated the extra beach chairs that our kids could use, along with the beach chairs and umbrella that are set up on the beach. We also really liked the beach was private beach access, which made it very relaxing and was not crowded for the daytime. We would stay here for future vacations!

This condo was the perfect vacation spot for our family of four. Being able to walk right out to the beach, that is not a public access beach, was fantastic. The pool and other building facilities were nice. The condo itself is well equipped and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you would need. There were extra blankets and pillows. And having a washer/dryer was nice so I could get our laundry done before leaving, rather than doing it when I got home. The location is perfect as many things are within walking distance and everything is just a short drive (generally 10 min or less). The fact it comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was very nice. There are extra beach chairs and boogie boards under the master bed (we didn't realize this until later in our stay). Highly recommended!

My wife and I spent five days at this property in October. What a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean view! The weather was perfect, the Gulf water was clear, and the beach was ideal. The complex is incredibly well maintained and secure, the staff is friendly, and our condo was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is well equipped and everything we needed for a relaxing stay was available. Definitely worth another trip!
